The rug I purchased was received with no problem and initially looked good. Unfortunately for the past 3 months it has continued to shed fibres - even a quick vacuum extracting an enormous quantity of mater (see attached). As more fibres continue to be shed, the colour of the dark blue patten has faded and become patchy (see attached).
I contacted Woven (who were admittedly quick to respond), sent photos which were purportedly shown to the supplier. Immediately and without any inspection, I received a response stating that the care instructions were "clearly not followed" and that after 3 months it's basically 'too late'. Clearly a 'canned' response.
The care instructions were followed to the letter (even to the point of buying a new new vacuum head for suction only cleaning). If Woven rugs are only intended to last 3-4 months then perhaps this should be clearly stated rather than the company using the tag line that Woven "sell high-end and long-lasting designer rugs".
Very disappointed to have spent considerable money on a product that is clearly not fit for purpose and to have received nothing but dismissive correspondence.
Please think twice before succumbing to the pretty pictures, if my experience is anything to go by the quality of the products are very poor.
