“Very modern nice rug. Service and delivery was good. This was the second rug I have bought from Woven. Would buy again from this company. Only criticism is that I would have liked a confirmation of order as soon as I placed the order and paid for the rug , rather than some days later when delivery was under way .”

“Shocking company, communication non existent. Ordered rug in April and according to their terms and conditions they should notify you within 48 hours if item out of stock. No chance and have chased them ever since. You constantly get cut off on the phone. Chose option 2 to place a new order and amazing you get through. They don’t respond to emails. They eventually tell me rug will be coming in two weeks. This was wrong and came within two days, whilst I was on holiday and left outside. Rug is poor quality and very thin. Avoid this company at all costs worst online company I have dealt with. Please don’t use them.”

“Had a problem receiving my rug as UP’s didn’t adhere to the instructions to leave it with my neighbour - when I eventually received it it was dirty on the ends where the polyethene had come away emailed woven and a replacement rug was sent straight away - great service”

“Carrier txt’d me Tuesday to say delivery on Wednesday,txt’d me Wednesday to say delivery on Thursday,txt’d me Thursday to say delivery on Friday.lost on days pay due to taking Wednesday off…so out off pocket…delivered Friday but no txt till Saturday to tell it had been delivered.???????”
