“The rug was great but the wrong size for the area for which it was bought. We tried to return it, but were just given an email saying the return was being processed and they would be in touch shortly. We never received further updates so I emailed twice but didn't receive a reply. I therefore called them up and was told I should just send it back. I didn't have confirmation of the adress but have now decided to keep the rug and put it in a different place.”
