“The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.”

“Quick and easy to order. The secateurs arrived quickly - within a week - by stealth. No idea who delivered - parcel found on doorstep (I was in). There were no emails to indicate when it might arrive, hence 4 stars.”

“I've been using my Felco 7s intensively for over 25 years. Regularly cleaned, checked, sharpened and lubricated. Finally decided I needed new blades and spring. No problem finding, ordering and paying for what I wanted on World of Felco website. Competetive price for these genuine parts, and free delivery. Excellent all round.”

“Very prompt service and excellent info via the video descriptions of the assorted tools, which really helps you to find the right product. “Excellent tool, efficient and robust. Would have liked to order the three bolts, 6/7, 6/6, 2/14 for the Felco 12 as the head edges and slots of these have become burred / damaged, but they can only be obtained as combination sets with other parts that are undamaged and don't need, hence 4 stars.”

“Delighted with the speedy delivery of the new spring for my secateurs. They are nearly 40 years old and this is only the 2nd spring that I have needed to replace. Apart from regular cleaning and sharpening, the secateurs have needed no maintenance. Highly recommended.”
