I spent some time trying to choose which sharpener to buy. The descriptions are not very clear in differentiating them. I bought the more expensive version with the hope that it would do more things?

Great products let down by delivery. Out of stock items had to be chased and a partial delivery suggested as it was a gift. Customer service should be more forthcoming.

I was unsure of what size secateurs to buy so phoned for help. Took their advice and ordered. Turned out to be wrong as secateurs too big for my hand. Returned them but had to pay postage despite buying on their advice. I asked for refund of the postage but was refused. I should have phoned for advice then ordered from Amazon to get free return. I would say that the two pairs i ordered separatley were sent and deliverd quickly and the refund was dealt with efficiently.

The supply of a spare part was prompt and effective, BUT it shouldn't have been necessary. I didn't invest in Felco secateurs to be forced to replace a spring after one season's light usage.

I am pleased with the feel of the secateurs in the hand as I have had a pair before but lost them. However they are very stiff and do not spring back after cutting. Also the clip that fastens them does not seem very robust or easy to use as was the case with my previous model. I am somewhat disappointed as these were my favourite secateurs previously.

Secateurs had efficient cutting mechanism but very, very stiff to open, close and lock. It took quite a while, considerable patience and a lot of 3 in One oil to loosen them up and the 'holding' tab it still very stiff. Not a problem I have had before.

Found it difficult to find model number on my secateurs, The square part of the bold did not fit so had to grind it

It took a long while to be delivered 8-10 days and then the replacement blade did not fit . I would try to return but have lost the will.

Delivered quickly and packaged well. My only moan is the price. It is clearly set monopolistically in Switzerland as all retailers have the same price. There is clearly a big profit margin on the blade imposed by felco Switzerland as the product with handle is only a couple of pounds more than the blade. This blade is amazingly sharp and does a great job. The profit margin on it is my beef

I purchased these ergonomic secateurs in May, after using only about half a dozen times the mobile side of them popped off. I deliberately chose these as they were marketed for ease of use and I do have arthritis. The supplier kindly fixed for me but I am apprehensive now. Time will tell if they live beyond another half a dozen uses. I have NEVER paid such a large sum for secateurs and have to say I am disappointed thus far. I am still using some I bought decades ago for a fraction if the price I paid for these with their lifetime guarantee. As I say I am apprehensive and just a tad sceptical.

I wish it would be normal to include instructions when purchasing tools. I am not familiar with knowing how this works just that my wonderful secateurs need sharpening !!

As an elderly lady wishing to purchase a pair of Green Handled Ladies Secatuers I was somewhat disappoionted to be informed I could not place the order over the phone and was instructed that I could only order online! Your colleague told me the model number to replace the ones I currently owned(but have lost) was No 6. I was able to ask a friend to kindly order these for me last week, they subsequently arrived on Saturday. I can confirm they are up to the standard of my old ones, but would have found it more helpful if the wording "Suitable for Ladies" was used in the catalogue.

Order was meant to arrive next day.Did not arrive until 2 days later. I phoned to say parcel was not arriving next day and was told a refund would be issued for next day delivery charge. No refund received. Sent an email and refund ha now been received

I've been really looking forward to getting my own pair of Felcos. Frustratingly, after a day of using them, I realised I couldn't loosen the bolts to take the secateurs apart. I've been trying to take apart my secateurs using the Felco tool, but the bolts absolutely will not move. So much so, the tool slipped and damaged the bolt. So I'm a bit miffed. I'm a professional gardener and have taken apart Felcos in the past many a time. These have come way too tight. Everything else about the item seems fine.
