“The products were purchased as a gift. I know they are a great 'must have' for gardeners. There was a long delay in receiving the goods. The items had been paid for, but I was not informed there was any issues, until I emailed. It would have been nice to have received communication before I had to follow up. However, once I had emailed, I was receiving replies & communication from this point was good.”

“The replacement blade and spring came quite quickly and then I didn't have too much trouble fitting them. I now have my pruning shears looking almost new with a razor sharp blade. First class service indeed. I am 93 years old so I guess these will be the last pair of pruners that I need”

“Straight forward ordering process and all products ordered came quickly with no issue. Only concern was box arrived quite damaged so potential for products to be damaged. This is more likely due to the lack of care by the courier so a suggestion that a different courier is used”

“I don't pretend to understand how or why it works, but it does, and it made a lovely job of a pair of Felco secateurs I have had for many years. All the grime just seems to melt away. It did take a bit of patience but well worth the effort. The Camellia oil is so much better than WD40 that I have used to lubricate the secateurs for a long time. I could do a better job by taking them apart and cleaning them, but even without doing that, the result is amazing. Would definitely recommend.”
