“Very quick delivery and good video demonstrating the lightweight pruning snips, they do exactly what the video is showing , I am a pensioner who has been enjoying gardening since my father taught me in the 1950s onwards I am still learning new things even now like these I have just purchased. They are extremely good quality perfect for deadheading and pruning.”

“Maybe it doesn't happen often that an online retailer is beyond critisism. The products have decades long excellent reputation, the website needs no improvement that I can see, the odering process is fast and simple, response and receipts are immediate, order updates leave no doubt as to the status of the order and the turnaround is as fast as it can be short of paying an arm and a leg for next day delivery which I never require. All in all make your purchases with complete confidence.”

“Great price, best price I could source for the Falco secateur bundle and holster. The company has great social media clips to help decide my purchase, the website was clear (to me) good stock levels. The payment appears to be secure. Items delivered in a good time and were well packaged. Very good communication throughout. This isn’t in any way an issue but I was a little confused who I was actually purchasing from but I was confident enough in the companies online presence and reviews in addition I felt that I had contact and address details. The secateurs, holster and sharpener are excellent, superb quality, well made and great use. All in all an excellent customer experience and I will certainly use the work of Felco again. 10/10 all all aspects”

“Very clear website, with wide range of products and accessories. Just what I needed to find the sharpening gadget for Felco secateurs. So much easier to use than a load of separate files and spanners. Very pleased with product, arrived well packaged and sooner than expected”
