“Great tools. My only suggestion is the search function/filter could be improved. I was looking for the lightweight snips I'd bought for myself and wanted to get another pair as a gift. I didn't realise that the one pair that showed up when I searched were different to mine. The 320 have a curved blade whereas my 321 have a straight blade and slightly longer handles. Not a major issue but if both had shown up I would have realised there were different ones.”

“I have been using my Falco product now for over 55 years, in a comercial enviroment. I would not change it. only replaced normal wearing parts. I had one of the first revolving handle Felco 7. It cost me a weeks wages at the time. Best value ever.”

“I treated myself to a set of expensive secateurs which were rusty when I opened them. I contacted the company and they sent a label to return them which I promptly did. I have not received a replace as promised and my emails go unanswered. So at present I am £200 out of pocket. Not happy!!! Next stop small claims court I suppose!”
