The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.
