“I bought a pair of Felco 6 secateurs for my 95 year old mum who is a keen gardener. She absolutely loves them and said they are the best she's ever had so I bought myself a pair. They are fantastic. Customer service has been excellent for both my purchases. I highly recommend this company and they will be my 'go to' company for future purchases.”

“I would never buy any other brand of secateurs. A professional gardener in a National Trust property praised Felco to no end so I went out the next day and bought Felco secateurs. I now have 3 secateurs including my latest purchase.”

“I was unsure of what size secateurs to buy so phoned for help. Took their advice and ordered. Turned out to be wrong as secateurs too big for my hand. Returned them but had to pay postage despite buying on their advice. I asked for refund of the postage but was refused. I should have phoned for advice then ordered from Amazon to get free return. I would say that the two pairs i ordered separatley were sent and deliverd quickly and the refund was dealt with efficiently.”
