Doesn't sharpen anything worn down on the metal.It needs a rougher side and a smoothing (finishing) side . Disappointed

The driver could not find my house yesterday so it wasn't delivered. I had to ring twice to chase where the delivery was. I'm told it will be delivered now tomorrow. Since it's a birthday present that is not acceptable. Why the driver didn't ring for instructions on finding my house is a mystery. Dreadful service.

Product fine. Leaving product on front doorstep unbelievably stupid, especially as two alternative neighbouring addresses given AND you were specifically asked not to do this.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, Kyle (manager) was dismissive of my problem, offered no understanding, care or support for a felco product sold which was not fit for purpose and dangerous. Told to contact import company regardless that ‘world of Falco’ sold the item AVOID AVOID AVOID

Thanks for taking the time to review your recent experience with us. We did spend quite some time discussing the Gloves received as part of the promotional Gift Pack. As explained on the phone, we do not have smaller sized gloves available so we could not offer an alternative. Please do not use these gloves if you cannot safely do so. We take safety very seriously here, but do hope you would not put yourself in danger by using a product that is not suitable for you personally. The Gloves offered with this Gift Pack are in a medium size, this clearly stated on the product with a size guide also included on our website for reference. I did provide details to you for the import company as you wished to raise a query with the manufacturer, and this is the best way to do this in the UK. I regret that we could not find a suitable solution for you but hope this reply helps to explain the situation a little better. Advising others to avoid us, is incredibly unfair. We supplied you with what you ordered and we had nowhere to turn with an alternative as we simply do not have small gloves in stock. If we could have helped, we would have. Kyle

Had secateurs for six months. After some light trimming the corner of a blade broke off. I claimed on the guarantee but because this is an unusual occurance my claim was rejected except that I was told that Felco would be contacted to see if they will replace the blade.I am 86 so there is no way that the secateurs have been misused. Very disappointed with your customer service who blocked our genuine guarantee claim for a £40 item item.

Hi, Unfortunately we could not replace your secateurs under warranty as it was very apparent that the secateurs had been damaged in use, possibly dropped. Disappointed with my secateurs - we were advised at Sparsholt college where I’m studying Rhs horticulture level three , that they were supposed to be the best etc But mine are sticking already - after only one days usage.

You did not believe me when I told you that I did not received my felco 8. I felt cheated. Your sales team should check with the delivery company and ask them for proof before insisting that it was delivered. You must know that customer’s experience is very important. Honestly I did not have a good experience with your team. Asking me to call the delivery company and I had to wait in the call queue number twenty and after an hour waiting I gave up. I strongly believe that your customer services can do better, but one this occasion, I was let down very badly. Any way wishing your team a Happy New Year. Kind regards, Fred

I order gift set from them. I only get one email from them that has been shipped. I was trying to track my parcel with number which was in the email but it seems to be wrong number. Then I was trying contact with they customer service via email (as no one pick up the phone) and they said to me that parcel was delivered! I didn't get any confirmation email about it so how I can trust them? All other deliveries company are informing about parcels. Where they're and when they will be arriving. Highly disappointed about this website.!!!!

Hi Marius, Your order placed on the 9th of December was sent on the 9th of December on a free next working day delivery. Delivery was made the following day. An automated email was sent sent to you at point of order and then several hours later another email was sent to confirm the order had been dispatched. Your delivery instructions stated that "Parcel May Be Left" and true to your instruction, the courier left your parcel carefully placed by your door. Photo evidence to prove this has already been provided to you. Your first email was received on the 11th of December at 6.07am and was responded to at 10.11am on the same morning. Your second email (which was incredibly impertinent) was then received at 14.21 on the same day and responded to at 15.25. Our telephone lines are unfortunately closed due to the affects caused by the pandemic. We state in our voicemail that we are responding to emails in good time. As an independent business working throughout the pandemic we understand the importance of customer service. We will always help our customers and go above and beyond when issues occur, however when you decided to pursue your complaint in the undignified manner that you have, then we will revert to the letter of our terms and conditions. - Order placed on 09-12-2020 - Order delivered on 10-12-2020 - No answer at door so courier followed the instruction left by customer - GPS and photo evidence to prove delivery

Order process was good and easy, however my item has not arrived and despite emailing the company I've received no reply,. V disappointed as I've used firm before and had good experience. No dispatch information

Mailing me and asking for a review prior to receiving my purchase isn't the best way to get a good review, but it does however get you a phone call from the company asking that you remove your review. Today (two days after being asked to provide a review) I received my order. I will not be ordering from World of Felco again until they do something about the excessive plastic packaging they use to wrap up a product which is already in pretty sturdy packaging of it's own. The pruning saw and secateurs look as I had hoped and I am sure that they are the same great quality of my previous purchases of Felco products. Feel free to let me know once you have addressed the packaging issue. Fred

I've been buying Felco products for myself and family members for over 30 years. NO LONGER! Unlike many other of Britain's best companies they use couriers that charge exorbitant extra costs to deliver to UK residents in Highlands and Islands - despite their website saying they can use Royal Mail which has uniform costs for whole of UK. When I was telephoned to say they were adding £20 postage to my order of £163 I refused to pay this ridiculous charge and asked for my order to be cancelled. I was told by Clive at 4.44pm today this would be done...... so why is my credit card statement not showing any refund at all? I never thought I'd end up having to take a company like Felco through the small claims process. That's me, my extended family and all our many friends never buying Felco products ever again. Shame because they are good products, but to rip off customers in this way just because of where they live, especially with a large value order, is totally unacceptable. I'll not write what I feel about the lack of prompt refund!

Very disappointed. Paid for next day delivery took day off so I could use the shears but didn’t arrive due to incorrect postage paid, day off work wasted.

Absolutely dreadful customer service will never use this supplier again. Ordered a small part for Secateurs which still hasn’t arrived after 9 days and I’m told I have to order and pay for another, then send the other back at my expense should it ever arrive. Don’t waste your time risking this companies dodgy delivery service. You will be paying without guaranteeing delivery/supply. I shall be ordering a new part from a trusted supplier. Poor show in this day and age!

Hi Rachel, The delivery service that you selected at the checkout is our Free service. This is typically fulfilled by Royal Mail in just 2-4 working days but can in rare circumstances take up to 15 working days. No action can be taken with Royal Mail for lost parcels until this time has elapsed. You will see from our many reviews that we are a trusted supplier with excellent delivery practices, you were able to select next day delivery at the checkout but opted for our slower (free) service. Quite often we go above and beyond our obligations to look after our valued customers. However I think it worth noting that being aggressive and rude to members of our staff on the phone or describing us as dodgy and untrustworthy on a public forum like this does little to foster goodwill between us. I expect that your order will arrive any day now but if it does not then please let us know and we will be happy to refund you the full £9.99 that you paid or dispatch a replacement. I ordered two pairs of secateurs but only one pair were posted to me. I spoke to a very pleasant person via customer enquiries, but no one has got back to me by phone or email to confirm that the second pair has been posted. Very disappointed as these were a birthday present.

The secateurs came out of their packaging whilst in transit and arrived rattling around a APC carrier bag! I have saved up to buy Felco secateurs and always told they where the best, only to find the packaging didn't live up to the hype! For a £60 pair of secateurs you don't expect such shoddy packaging......Wilkinson wouldn't be this bad!!
