“The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.”

“Ordered a pair of No 8 classic secateurs to replace a pair of Niwaki which had simply worn out after 8 years of daily hard use. They arrived very quickly and well packed, as have all previous orders from this company. It would have been nice to be able to get a Model 919 holster, which fits onto a belt and has no clip, but these only seem to be available in the USA. I may be wrong of course.”

“Felco 2 Secateurs. They were too tight, the blades sticking together when I used them once. I contacted WoS and they sent me a link for a video showing how to adjust the tightness of the blades. But it was impossible to remove the first screw by the method shown in their video, not with their little tool included, nor with a proper flat-head screwdriver, or even with a power drill in the correct mode. The screw was simply too tight, as set by their factory. Without being able to remove this screw it was impossible for me to adjust the tightness of the F2 blades. I was advised to return the tool, at my expense (£4.45). Pierre then videoed the adjustment of the F2 and clearly used a completely different technique than that shown in their video instructing how to adjust the F2's. His technique was, I repeat, ENTIRELY DIFFERENT to that which they had instructed me to use. Had Wos shown me the same technique that Pierre used, I would have been able to do the job myself, and saved myself the time and expense of returning the faulty secateurs. Wos flatly refuse to refund my postage. As the return was a direct consequence of their a) over-tightened screw on the F2's in their factory, and b) incorrect technique for removing the screw shown in their instruction video, I feel absolutely justified in expecting at the very least the return of my postage costs. They refuse to do this.”

Hi Steve, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with your experience, however we do not agree with your description of events. After receiving your secateurs back, we inspected them and successfully loosened and adjusted the original pair before returning them to you. This confirmed that the secateurs were not faulty. As we explained during our correspondence, had we been unable to adjust them, we would have supplied a brand new replacement and refunded your return postage. We also disagree with your assertion that our adjustment guide is incorrect. The published method is valid, and additional tools may be used where greater leverage is required. This does not indicate a fault with the secateurs. Throughout this matter we responded promptly, created a bespoke demonstration video, personally adjusted your secateurs free of charge and returned them to you at our expense. As the product was not faulty, we do not believe a refund of your return postage is appropriate. We are disappointed that, despite our efforts to assist, you remain unhappy, but we wish you all the best and hope you enjoy using your Felco secateurs for many years to come.

“Great up until the delivery. Our package was left on a public footpath alongside a sign indicating the way to our house. A photo showing this"proved" it had been left with a neighbour! A very poor service. The only way to improve your rating is not to use this courier”
