“The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.”

“All I received from Parcel Force/Royal Mail/Post Office was an email to say your package had been delivered. It showed a picture of my mail box with the flap left jammed open with holiday catalogues but no package from you. As instructed by the email from PF/RM/PO I telephoned your company straightaway but received a very lukewarm reception but surprise, surprise no response from your company as it promised. So no product, no review possible but it seems strange that your previous deliveries have been left behind our gates being too big for the letterbox opening. I do like your products but will have to revert to local garden centres and hope they stock Felco.”

“Faultless ordering process for my favourite hand secateurs. My current pair of "Felco 2" have seen six years of continuous and hard use year in year out, on green and dry, woody materials. This new order is for a reserve pair as I can't believe the old ones can last much longer, although the originals are as good as when I bought them six years ago. So simple to dismantle for sharpening, I think my reserve pair will stay unused in the cupboard for a long while yet! Viva FELCO.”

“Very quick delivery and good video demonstrating the lightweight pruning snips, they do exactly what the video is showing , I am a pensioner who has been enjoying gardening since my father taught me in the 1950s onwards I am still learning new things even now like these I have just purchased. They are extremely good quality perfect for deadheading and pruning.”
