“The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.”

“My secateurs which are felco 2 and 13 models have done me proud for many years. I have renewed bits and pieces on my number 2 as it is always in use. It was time to purchase another model 2 to keep as a useful spare. It just seemed a good idea at the time. Excellent service from Felco, and as Forest Gump would say, " And that's all I have to say about that".”

“Terrible customer service... I ordered a pair of loppers for a job two weeks before they were needed. It took them a full week to email me saying they were out of stock and had not yet arrived in. Promised they would be with me in time for the job and they were not. Really upset at the atrocious comms, do not recommend you do business with them”

“I had to ask where my order had got to as I'd paid for 3 day delivery. I've now been told that my 2nd order of 'gold' blades will not be dispatched til Mar 20th even though it says 'currently available' against the item online. Dissapointing but the items are great when they do finally arrive.”

“Ordered a replacement blade for my 611 pruning saw. It arrived well packaged by normal mail through the letterbox. Within the stated time period. I would give 5 stars but I found it impossible to set up an account on the website. It referred me to a phone number so I didnt bother with an account.”

“All parts available to turn an old tired pair of secateurs into as good as new - these are some 20+ years old, probably a lot more. Blade replaced initially as a gift from a friend, which then resulted in needing to replace the nut and bolt set for felco model 2. This then made me want to replace the handle covers, as after so many years of use these were broken and worn out. More products should be repairable like this”

“I've always found World of Felco efficient & helpful. I bought these snips (Herb scissors 456) as a present, so I cannot comment on this actual pair. My own similar Felco snips are approx 5 years old & are still extremely good, which is why I bought these.”

“I ordered Felco 2 and snips bundle, I was really pleased with the service ,the delivery was prompt and my secateurs was really well packed within bubble wrap , Felco Secateurs are the best when gardening, worth every penny , I highly recommend World of Secateurs, I would use again Many thanks”
