“The delivery and ordering online was great. Excellent service at a busy time. The item was also very well packed. This was a Christmas present for my wife, which she loves. I have had the same model for some 40 yrs (a hand down from my late mother-in-law). My wife keeps pinching my secateurs as she has 2 cheap versions and they never work right. I also have to keep repairing them. So I treated her to a good quality pair. I hopefully will have more time for gardening instead of repairing now. I used World of Felco as I didn't want to risk a counterfeit product as I have seen at some outlets.”

“I originally bought Model 2 Original secateurs for my daughter, but had to return them as they were the wrong size for her hand. It was quick and easy to get a refund. I then ordered Model 6 compact secateurs which she is delighted with. They are a much better fit.”

“I had a pair of felco secateurs , the blade needed replacing and after looking online I found the blade I needed at a very decent price ,they have virtually any spares you need for felco secateurs ,I would highly recommend buying from world of felco”

“*you sent a part I didn't order - very kind, but useless, as made for right hand secateurs and mine are all left! The part I did order - Felco Adjustment Key - was pretty damned useless! It just wouldn't fit at all around the bolts that needed tightening! All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience!”

“Good advice when I called to clarify something. Was offered a refund as my item was out of stock but advised new stock expected the following week. I decided to wait, new stock arrived when expected and shears arrived the following day. Very happy with good service.”

“Very pleased with WoF. service. I've had these secateurs for over 30 years and this blade replaces the original (ordinary home gardener), so I think I've had my moneys worth. As they say, but cheap buy twice!! PS. can't review new blade as I haven't used it yet.”
