“Ordered a replacement blade for my 611 pruning saw. It arrived well packaged by normal mail through the letterbox. Within the stated time period. I would give 5 stars but I found it impossible to set up an account on the website. It referred me to a phone number so I didnt bother with an account.”

“arrived quickly. Tried this model for the first time, slightly different to the others I have owned with the blade angle. On making a cut the blades are sticking shut and not opening back up which is annoying, disappointing and surprising, perhaps they will loosen with use. I hope so or they're going back.”

“Competitively prices arrived 3 days after ordering with free delivery, slightly damaged packaging The Felco 8 pruners were excellent with a comfortable feeling which I opted for over the Felco 2 which although original look dated and widely copied”

“Order arrived quickly and secateurs/gloves were a good price. The one disappointing thing was that there was no gift option (ie. hide the price from the invoice/add a gift message.) However when I emailed WoF to ask if I had missed ticking the box, the responded very quickly (and said they didn’t offer a gift option). So all in all good service”

“Very happy with product. I like there is a replacement/spares option. Shame though that you are asked for delivery notes yet couriers don't follow them and very expensive products are left out in the open, visible and in poor weather conditions.”
