“They were able to get me a wheelchair within 2 days of ordering. It is small enough to fit in the booth of my car, and strong enough to hold my 5ft 11 inches teenager who was in a full length cast. Thank you very much for the quick delivery and collection.”

“My initial phone call to get a wheelchair the next day was made late afternoon and very close to the carriers deadline. Debbie who dealt with my order went down to the despach area and held back the carrier to ensure the wheelchair was despached that afternoon. This was greatly appreciated and ensured that my grandson was able to get out of hospital the next day. Thank you Debbie. Michael Smith”

“The service was fantastic. The wheelchair was delivered the very next day, easy to put together and of a good quality. Pick up was equally as efficient and the wheelchair made such a difference to me for those first few weeks of recovery.”

“Let's start with the fact you didn't even bother to spell my name right! I am deeply offended. It's NIKOLETTA not Nicola!! The other matter is that you charged me £30 for 2 days! Shame on you! Next time I find myself in a situation where I could do with your services, trust me your company 's name will be the first one I will think of. Dear Nikoletta, Please accept my sincere apologies for the mistake made in recording your name – this was an unfortunate case of human error, and we will be taking steps to ensure that we record names with 100% accuracy in the future. Our hire is done on a weekly basis, and as the wheelchair was retained for an additional four days beyond the expiry of the initial fortnight, we did have to charge for this third week of hire. As a gesture of goodwill, I have refunded half of this amount, £15 onto your card – this should be reflected in your account within the next week. “Your staff are friendly and helpful on the phone. The delivery and collection was fine and the type of wheelchair was very convenient for my 90 year old Mother-In-Law to use. We will rent again when we are taking her somewher for a few days.”

“Fast, efficient service. Wheelchair came in a very hygienic way, well packed. I am a tall man so would appreciate a wheelchair with higher handlebars to push. Nevertheless, I would use this service again and would recommend it.”
