“Very impressed with the service from the moment I made the initial phonecall to enquire about hiring the chair. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. As I needed the chair while I was on a family holiday the chair was waiting for me when I got to the cottage even though I'd only phoned the day before. Also on collection there was no problem with it being pick up from a slightly different address from where it was delivered. Wheel freedom kept me updated with emails concerning order, delivery and collection. There was no effort on my part just had to unload chair from the box it came in then place it back into same box ready for collection. Also cannot believe how little it cost to hire the chair for the week. Without it i would not have able to venture out with my family and enjoy the holiday. I will definitely use the service again and highly recommend them to anyone”

“Customer service on the phone always helpful and able to answer questions. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The gentleman who has delivered the scooters is always professional & thorough. He has always ensured both myself & my carers are confident with the scooter before leaving & reassured us he is only a phone call away if there are any problems.”
