“Wheelfreedom were very efficient right from the first phone call, prompt delivery of the wheelchair and easy to assemble and use. If we needed to use them again we would certainly go to wheelfreedom again as it does what it says on the tin and gives you freedom”

“Communication, delivery and collection fast and very efficient. Really pleased with the whole process. One small point/maybe room for improvement? - The wheel chair had no 'strap' on the back to hang bags etc. I used the chair for my mum, bought some clothes in Debenhams and hung them on one of the handles - unbeknown to me the wheel rubbed through the bag and soiled a jumper.”

“Excellent service - delivered to us on time in deepest Dorset. This service enabled us to travel from Manchester area to Dorset without having to worry about taking our own wheelchair in the car, giving us plenty of room for luggage and dog. Collected on time at the end of our holiday with no problems. Will definitely use this service again.”

“The service you offer is fantastic. My mum broke both of her ankles and we needed a wheelchair quickly, we phoned you and one was delivered the next day. The price was very good for the freedom it has given my mum whilst she has been unable to walk. Once we'd finished with the wheelchair you collected it the next day. I'm hoping we won't require your services again(!), but I would recommend you to others.”

“I was impressed with the service I received from Wheelfreedom. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle-free: the person I spoke to on the phone explained how it all works and took details to ensure that the wheelchair was the one I needed for my mum. Delivery and pick-up of the chair was on time and couldn't have been easier. I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend it to others.”

“The lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. The wheelchair with a leg extension was perfect for my young teenage grandson . We all enjoyed our holiday and we were able to include him in everything we did. The chair folded down easily for transporting in the car . Thank you very much indeed,”

“I found Wheelfreedom on the internet following a search when I needed temporary help with mobility after surgery on my ankle. I phoned to discuss my needs and a very helpful person answered. I ordered a wheel chair and knee scooter which were delivered promptly. The wheelchair was helpful, but the knee scooter was amazing. I was able to move quickly and also to carry light things with one hand. It transformed a difficult few weeks. One suggestion though - could you add a basket to the front. Many thanks for your prompt, helpful and courteous service. I have already recommend you to other people.”
