“The equipment was good, easy to use and in good condition. I would particularly highlight the prompt and positive response from the team either when I initially request the equipment, as well on delivery. The explanation about the process and payments scheme was also clear. Regards”

“Excellent products and service, prompt next day delivery and collection. As a Wedding florist I would not have been able to create the designs I needed to after seriously injuring my leg in a fall. Having the wheelchair for six weeks gave me the freedom to carry on with my business and home life. I would recommend to a friend without a doubt.”

“I am so very glad I heard about your scooter within days of breaking my ankle. I was easily able to move around my house, and it gave me balance to do some chores such as make dinner. I would not have been able to do anything being non weight bearing and using crutches. I highly recommend your products. Thank you.”

“Everything was excellent except the fact that you were unable to say whether the pickup time for returned equipment would be morning or afternoon. I know that you may not know till the evening before the pick up day, but most collection /delivery firms give some idea , say in 3 hour slots, by texting the clients mobile . My daughter waited in all day for the collection man to arrive. I phoned at 17.10 to ask what was happening and was told that the driver had called at the house 15 minutes earlier but the door bell hadn't been answered . My daughter therefore had to wait in the house for most of the next day as you had to come again the next day. This is wasting your and our time. 1) Please give some idea of the time slot 2) If no answer to doorbell tel the house number or a mobile. Other delivery firms do this already.”

“I broke my leg two weeks before a city break holiday. I thought it would be easier to hire a wheelchair and take it with me. I hired a light weight fold up chair with an extendable foot plate for my broken leg. It was marvellous! I could be pushed around the streets, go to art galleries and museums as well as concerts and the theatre. Whenever we needed to take a taxi it simply folded up and went in the boot. The wheelchair arrived promptly and was collected on the day requested. I could not fault the service. Thank you very much.”

“The knee scooter I hired was brilliant. The hospital issued me with a walker but I had to hop to get anywhere. With the knee scooter it was possible to glide from room to room at home and I even used it outside to peg washing out. I would thoroughly recommend this and cannot understand why they are not issued by hospital trusts in the UK.”

“Fantastic service and very easy to use! A superb light weight wheelchair was delivered in a box easily assembled to use within seconds . I had been apprehensive with fractured sternum and foot I be able manage it but did. Very reasonable rate, cheaper than local mobility shops who couldn't deliver and didn't stock anything light weight either!! Thankyou. Highly recommend this service”

“Amazing service. I ordered in the afternoon and the chair came the next morning. As new condition, light and very easy to manage. I was able to share so many happy moments with my husband - by our local beach and other favourite places. He was weakening so rapidly and altho an Nhs chair was on order, it did not come in time for us. I can only say a huge thank you for your service. It is also quite incredible how little you charge - so a massive thank you for all of it.”

“Many thanks for your excellent service when I hired a wheelchair from you last weekend. It was delivered and collected as arranged without any problems. The difference to my being able to enjoy my weekend with my husband and our friends was amazing. My physiotherapist has asked for your details to pass on should they be of use to her patients. “Thanks very much for providing this wonderful service. The chair was delivered on time and picked up at the hotel with no fuss. Having the wheelchair gave me the ability to be mobile and see some of the sights without having to drag one over to the UK from Canada. I can't thank you enough for helping me. I wholeheartedly recommend your service to anyone who needs temporary help with mobility.”
