“The wheelchair was delivered to our accommodation and was waiting for us on our arrival. The wheelchair itself was very clean and well kept and the instructions clear and concise. The friendly driver came to collect from our accommodation on the appointed day. Hiring couldn't have been easier and I would definitely recommend the service.”

“The wheelchairs that we hired were really very good quality. They were well maintained and lightweight. They were easy to move around. Delivery and collection were reliable and well organised. However even though I thought the weekly cost was very reasonable the price shot up because of the extra costs like delivery.”

“We rented a wheelchair from Wheelfreedom just for a couple of weeks. The rental was very reasonable. The chair arrived when they said it would and it was in a very good and clean condition (like new in fact). It was very easy to unpack and to put together. It was light yet strong enough and fitted perfectly in the boot of our car. My partner and I found the wheelchair so convenient for the short time it was needed and we would not hesitate to rent one again from Wheelfreedom should the need arise.”

“Very easy, very convenient service. I work close to the warehouse so could pick up and return equipment and avoid delivery costs. The wheelchair itself was great - lightweight, easy to use, and inexpensive to hire. I would use this company again.”

“The ability to rent this equipment for two weeks was fantastic. The vehicle offered my brother in law great mobility. The vehicle fitted into our car trunk too! One item was that the vehicle failed to operate from time to time for no reason at all which was somewhat frustrating. So it's important to make sure vehicles are reliable”

“"The procedure to hire the scooter was straightforward. My Father, for whom I hired the scooter, writes as follows. The delivery was on time and the instruction on its use and battery power maintenance was delivered by your van driver with courtesy and clarity. The machine behaved precisely as advertised and suited the purpose for which it was hired. ie to give access to the garden, which I had not seen for nine months ( a real joy) and to visit neighbours. The collection service was on time and again your representative was courteous asking if we were happy with it. Should we require your service again we will not hesitate to get in touch."”

“we found ourselves in a dilemma, as the NHS told us we would not be able to get a wheelchair before November 2015 - there was a backlog. on researching the internet I came across a few companies that rent wheelchairs. I spoke to each company. I felt really comfortable and at ease when speaking to Wheelfreedom - the operatives were very connected and understood. Wheelfreedom were able to deliver the equipment at short notice, and on time, which was very important for our family. I have recommended Wheelfreedom since, and will recommend and use in the future if need be. thank you Wheelfreedom - you saved my fathers mobility and independence, as he has not been able to get out of the house for months. “from the start communications were excellent and very helpful. we needed a wheelchair with a leg support for our granddaughter who had just come out of an operation. it arrived next day and was in great condition. although we extended the hire period it was not needed and wheelfreedom immediately agreed to pick up the wheelchair the next day. the same operation is required on the other leg. we will have no hesitation in ordering another wheelchair but this time we know where to go so that it is available immediately after the operation. really good service and I highly recommend this company. john (Milton Keynes)”

“I found the personnel helpful and friendly when i needed to hire a powerchair. I Needed my existing chair checked for faults and even though they didn't deal with my make of chair wheelfreedom took it in for an overall check anyway. I would definitely recommend these guys as its local for me and they want to help you when things go wrong.”
