“I could fault anything. Delivered & picked up promptly, even picked up same day I phoned. As I was using the wheelchair on holiday, I would have been totally lost without the chair, it was so easy to use. Thank you for a very good service & the perfect wheelchair for my needs. I would 100% recommend your Company.”

“I found the service very prompt and reliable, and the wheelchair was ideal for my teenage son, who had a sport's injury just before we went on our annual holiday. It was light and easy to transport. If I ever have to use a wheelchair again I would definitely use Wheelfreedom again.”

“It happened that our son had to wear a cast just the day before leaving for a holiday in London. We rented a wheelchair from Wheelfreedom and we appreciated how easy and perfect service it was. We appreciated the competence, accuracy and kindness of the staff and we were fully satisfied.”

“We have used Wheelfreedom once for a fortnight and then when my husband became ill, used them again and I have to say the service is excellent! We have had the wheelchair for around two months and when we needed a smaller chair because of difficulty getting through one door in the house, they were immediately able to supply us with a narrower chair which was excellent - as were t he others. My husband is now back in the hospital and they are not sure when he will be discharged, so if he needs a wheelchair again, I shall be returning to hire another chair from Wheelfreedom. The service is second to none and the charges very good.”

“The overall service was excellent and very easy to use, the staff were very helpful and made it all very easy. The wheelchair was delivered (to the Highlands!) in good time and we were able I to leave it with hotel staff for pick up. I was disappointed that there were no heavy duty power packs available to use with their large wheelchair, the initial reason why I contacted them to book a chair. Also, the large wheelchair felt disappointingly flimsy and swivelled underneath me, especially on uneven ground. We gave up on travelling round an outdoor museum on bare ground because of it, and I regretted not bringing my own sturdy wheelcahir instead. Due to this (unless I lose a sizeable amount of weight!), I'm not likely to use the service again, in spite of its great convenience. Also the foot rests were very flimsy plastic with uncomfortable straps on them that couldn't be removed. We had to alter them to stop them dragging on the ground. To end on a positive note, a full instruction booklet and Allen keys were supplied. Overall an excellent service, but not the best for the heavier amongst us.”

“Excellent service. It was easy to book the wheelchair and was a competitive price. Arrived when it was scheduled to and no problem with pick up. It was simple to put the wheelchair together and was reasonably comfortable for the occupant. My daughter and I did find it a little heavy for lifting in and out of the car and going uphill took a bit of strength as fund holding it back when going downhill. It was not a problem when my son-in-law was with us. Overall it was excellent and well worth hiring.”

“Very helpful staff when I placed my order. Delivered within the timescale and a very competitive price. Only negative was when trying to arrange equipment pick up I couldn't book a time slot and had no safe place or neighbour to leave it with. Not always possible to stay in all day when you are juggling hospital appointments, this has prevented me from rating very good.”

“After I ordered the wheelchair I had a couple of questions .These were answered immediately .I found the service to to be excellent .The chair was delivered and returned exactly on time . I would highly recommend the service to anyone requiring a motobility aid .”
