“Brilliant service, good call centre staff and very happy to help. Only one point negative. I had to wait between 9 and 5 for it to be collected and this could have been far better if i had a particular time slot”

“Quick, efficient, telephone service, delivery and collection came when advised, wheelchair beautifully packed, easy to unpack and repack, chair excellent for our disabled guest. I can not praise the service more highly. Excellent !”

“Everything went well, except pick up charge. Needed wheelchair in an emergency and could not wait for next day delivery. Picked it up myself, saved on delivery £12.50. When asked to pick up was told it would cost GBP 22.50 just for pick up, while delivery + pick up would have cost GBP 25. Apart from that all went well, oh, they charged me an extra week, but was told they would refund me, still waiting.”

“Very quick delivery staff were very helpful. Unable to use the chair due to the left leg extension . The pad is hard plastic which was so uncomfortable there are newer versions out there which are padded returned chair unused within 1st week which is a pain when you pay by the fortnight Collection was very quick.”

“Delivery and pick up was efficient and on time. The wheelchair was of good quality and 'drove' well. Only disappointment was that there was no cushion available for the size of chair we hired, made for a bit of an uncomfortable ride for my passenger. Other than that the service itself is highly recommended.”

“We have used Wheelfreedom now on a number of occasions, to provide a lightweight wheelchair for an elderly family member while on holiday for a week or two. Wheelfreedom have always provided an excellent service, all the way from online ordering, through very prompt and sensible responses to emails, to timely delivery and collection of the chair. We have stayed at some rather obscure country locations in the UK but this has not prevented Wheelfreedom from delivering when they said they would. It's a real pleasure to do business with them.”

“I hired a knee scooter after sustaining a double ankle fracture. It was absolutely brilliant and enabled me to have a measure of freedom around my house. I would definitely recommend it !!”

“The lady in the office was helpful and friendly and the gentleman who delivered the chair for trial was also friendly and helpful and very knowlegeable about the product range.Overall a very good experience-will be using again and recommending to others.”

“Fantastic service. Booked online and in advance, payment taken promptly wheelchair was delivered and collected on time. I was shocked at the product as it was in almost brand new condition. Great Instruction manual really easy to unpack and repack. The company keep you well informed with details and confirmation of payment and delivery details also upon receipt of the return of the chair. I would recommend them to anyone. ( and of course a really good price ) thanks very much ian”

“I and my friends use the services of Wheelfreedom every summer starting from about 6 years ago. After our first experience we did not bother looking for another supplier because we were so pleased with the services supplied by the Wheelfreedom team. The wheelchairs are of an excellent standard, they are clean and very servicable. The staff, in our experience, are ALL conciensious, helpfull and friendly. All our requests are responded to very quickly and politely. It is a pleasure to deal with them. Oh...and the prices for their service are very competitive. Finally, the delivery and collection of wheechairs is amazing. They have never let us down nor delivered or collected too early or too late. I cannot speak highly enough of their services. Thank you Wf Team!”

“My mother-in-law uses a walker to get around. When we were planning our trip to England, we knew that a walker wouldn't be enough. We thought about renting a wheelchair in Toronto, Canada, but didn't want to deal with it on the plane if we didn't have to. We found Wheelfreedom and it truly was FREEDOM! The best part was that the wheelchair was delivered in London and picked up in Bristol, allowing us to visit more places and still have the wheelchair available to us. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who wants to get out and about and travel with no hassles at all. Even when we needed to change our pick up day, the pick up people were very efficient and even called the apartment where we were staying to confirm their reception hours, address, contact person, etc. The price was affordable and fair. The customer service was excellent. The wheelchair itslelf was clean and in good condition. I recommend Wheelfreedom without hesitation!”
