“In essence I had received professional, polite, understanding and informed service. My initial telephone conversation with Wheelfreedom convinced me that I was dealing with a professional company as they listened to my needs. We arranged an assessment at my home. I have used wheelchairs all my life but this is the first time I have been thoroughly assessed. Rasheed monitored my movements around my home, took me outside to see how I managed on the road and pavements. All the time Rasheed was here he took copious notes, asked relevant questions and made informed suggestions with regard to customising my wheelchair. After placing the order and during the waiting period, Giles kept me informed of the progress of my Storm 4. When my wheelchair was delivered xxx made some adjustments to make sure I was 100% comfortable. During the following weeks Giles made follow-up calls to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Wheelfreedom and would definitely consult them again. Paul de Vere”

“Great service - delivered two wheelchairs (a lightweight folding one and an electric one) exactly as requested, while I was recovering with a broken hip and collarbone. Both chairs worked fine, no problems at all. Both were collected as arranged. Very professional and efficient service!”

“the Wheelfreedom is exactly what is says, it gives you the freedom to get about, I fractured my ankle and was basically stuck at home until a friend told me about one, a next day I ordered one and never looked back. I was Free to shop , walk the dog and not had to worry about my foot, the crutches didn't work for me but Wheelfreedom was a life saver. I have spread the news about them and people are amazed by them.”

“Delivery within 24 hours of ordering. Virtually no assembly needed. Comfortable and very manoeuvrable chair. Great I could wheel myself easily but handles good for when someone pushed me. Good advice over the phone on ordering ref. extra leg support and cushion. I ordered the chair whilst recovering from a broken ankle. It meant I could still attend lots of nice pre-arranged events and use it within my home to carry things on my lap (otherwise needed both hands on crutches). Emailed on a Sunday afternoon to arrange collection and courier arrived mid-morning the following day. Will use again in July when my son is having a major ankle operation. Excellent company and would highly recommend.”

“The knee scooter literally saved my sanity after breaking ankle on the 1st of January. Life was so laborious without it and everything took 10times longer. On the knee scooter I felt I could move at a normal pace. Wheelfreedom were excellent at delivery and pick up! Highly recommended to anyone with a leg injury.”

“My order for the wheelchair was placed on my discharge from hospital in pretty dire straits, it arrived swiftly and was invaluable. It was also picked up swiftly and above all the staff I dealt with over the phone were both very helpful and polite. Thank You.”
