“Excellent service cannot fault it, the wheelchair was just as described and very easy to manage even with one hand. Very much hope we do not have to use them again but if needed would have no hesitation in doing so.”

“Initial telephone contact answered all my detailed questions carefully and patiently. Delivery and collection took place as described to me on the phone. The packing box is easy to manage but large to store either folded or unfolded. The wheelchair was clean, in good working order and the wheels were easy to take on and off for car boot storage.”

“We were going on holiday and were looking for a light wheelchair to be able to take my 87yr old granny in to london to see the sights and do the london eye. I arrange for the chair to be delivered & collected from our hotel. When we arrived at our hotel the chair was at reception waiting. When we were finished we just put it back in its box ready for collection. I would like to say a massive thank you to wheel freedom for making it so easy to get a chair and for making out plans come true xx”

“Your service was very quick and efficient. We were able to have our holiday in Florida, which we could not have done without the wheelchair. It was light and easy to transport and if we need to do this same again, we will not hesitate from using your service. Many thanks”

“We ordered a light wheelchair for 3days to be able to take my 87yr old gran into london to see the sights and go on the london eye. When i phoned to book the chair i asked if it would be possible for it to be delivered to the hotel we were staying at which was no both. When we got to hotel the wheelchair was there in its box waiting as agreed. We used the chair with easy on & off buses and trains and my gran loved it and being able to go in to london. At the end of the trip we just took it to the reception and it was collected from there. I would like to say a massive thank for your help and efficiency”

“I could fault anything. Delivered & picked up promptly, even picked up same day I phoned. As I was using the wheelchair on holiday, I would have been totally lost without the chair, it was so easy to use. Thank you for a very good service & the perfect wheelchair for my needs. “I found the service very prompt and reliable, and the wheelchair was ideal for my teenage son, who had a sport's injury just before we went on our annual holiday. It was light and easy to transport. If I ever have to use a wheelchair again I would definitely use Wheelfreedom again.”

“We have used Wheelfreedom once for a fortnight and then when my husband became ill, used them again and I have to say the service is excellent! We have had the wheelchair for around two months and when we needed a smaller chair because of difficulty getting through one door in the house, they were immediately able to supply us with a narrower chair which was excellent - as were t he others. My husband is now back in the hospital and they are not sure when he will be discharged, so if he needs a wheelchair again, I shall be returning to hire another chair from Wheelfreedom. The service is second to none and the charges very good.”
