“My daughter had very bad SPD in pregnancy and was unable to walk the last few months. Unable to get a wheelchair through the NHS I found wheelfreedom through a few searches. They were simply amazing. Very quick delivery. Clear payment structure that was very good value for money. Collection equally swift and hassle free. All communication was clear and helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough for reasonably priced wheelchair hire. It allowed my daughter to get out and about those last few months and made a huge difference to her enjoyment of the pregnancy. Thanks for all your help.”

“I was thrilled to be able to take part in family festivities, thanks to have the chair. On reflection I should have hired the next chair down as the bariatric chair was too big. I know where to go when I am in need of a wheelchair.”

“We needed a wheelchair unexpectedly for our daughter as we were booked to go to Disneyland Paris and she couldn't walk far. I tried Disney twice by phone and didn't find them at all helpful in that they said we couldn't take a wheel chair from the park gates to the hotel (we were staying at a Disney Hotel) and part of the issue was the distance to get to the park gates! I eventually found that we could actually do this but I still couldn't find how many they had and also we couldn't reserve one to be at the hotel although they did give me a French number to try to hire one. I then checked on line and found 'Wheel Freedom'. I rang and confirmed that we could do a short term loan and we could indeed take the wheelchair abroad with us fully insured by them. The wheelchair arrived in the most ingenious box, from which we just wheeled out the chair and then stored the box at home while we were away. The wheelchair was light, easy to push and fold and also spotlessly clean. I know this is a long review but it was an impressive service, very reasonably priced and made our holiday much much easier. “I would like to thank Wheelfreedom who were an absolutely pleasure to deal with, when we urgently needed a specific pediatric wheelchair for my daughter, who broke her leg unexpedtly. “I am delighted with the knee scooter and finding it a superior alternative to a wheelchair in the house. The good turning circle and the ease with which it takes edges of rugs and threshholds of doorways is notable, as is its lightness. I tried the leg trolley first which was really not at all as good. Also v. pleased with the promptness of delivery, and collection of the leg trolley and the scooter. I was concerned about the plaster on my leg chafing but that has not been the case. An excellent product and service.”

“Your leg trolleys have been absolutely indispensable for the past two months while i have had a broken ankle. Unable to use crutches, I don't know how I would have managed without a leg trolley on each floor of my house. I can't thank you enough (and you delivered them within 24 hours!)”

“I have no idea why these marvellous knee scooters are not advertised more, i went to a supermarket and was stopped at least 6 times, asking where i got it from, on e man in a huge motorised buggy stopped me and said he has to put his false leg on to go to the loo, and would not have to if he had one of these, great invention and fab around the house, the only negative is i wish they had rubber tyres instead of plastic for better shock absorption, i helped me get around very easy and basically replaces crutches, if you have a broken foot or leg you cannot go wrong.”
