Everything was excellent except the fact that you were unable to say whether the pickup time for returned equipment would be morning or afternoon. I know that you may not know till the evening before the pick up day, but most collection /delivery firms give some idea , say in 3 hour slots, by texting the clients mobile . My daughter waited in all day for the collection man to arrive. I phoned at 17.10 to ask what was happening and was told that the driver had called at the house 15 minutes earlier but the door bell hadn't been answered . My daughter therefore had to wait in the house for most of the next day as you had to come again the next day. This is wasting your and our time. 1) Please give some idea of the time slot 2) If no answer to doorbell tel the house number or a mobile. Other delivery firms do this already.
