“This was a first class service. The wheelchair was delivered the day it was due. This helped my husband to enjoy our first cruise and see all the ship. Unpacking and packing was very easy and was picked back up on the day we selected. I will certainly use your company again if I ever need another wheelchair.”

“Fantastic service, what's more at a sensible price too. Would recommend to anyone needing a chair just for holidays as was our need to use this company. The chair made our cruise much more enjoyable as my husband was able to join in the excursions with me”

“Brilliant service,ordered and delivered the next day. Submitted request for collection on a Sunday when they weren't even open and it was collected on the Monday at about lunchtime. Good price too, would definitely recommend to others. The only thing that might help further is if you could provide e.g. a 2 hour timeslot for delivery/collection on the morning, but I was still very happy with the service and the product.”

“I got the wheelchair for my mother who is 97 visiting me from Australia. Although she can walk short distances, I found the chair to be extremely useful. The service was excellent and very prompt. I would highly recommend this company and would be very happy to use them again.”

“I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars but for one issue. When the wheelchair was collected, I was given a window of 9am - 5pm and they were unable/unwilling to even make things easier by phoning me when they were within (say) an hour away. They were willing to collect the bulky box from my porch but, as I had a dislocated shoulder and a broken bone in my foot, getting it there took some arranging! This is something you should look into for future customers.”

“I have never had the need to use a wheelchair before however whilst I am awaiting a knee replacement I used one for the first time this year, whilst I was away on holiday. The chair was delivered and collected perfectly for my needs direct to my home. I will say that I have never enjoyed my holiday so much as the last one to Germany. I had total freedom, (my hubby had no problem pushing the chair around) and I got to see a lot more than I would normally have done so. We both had a much better time than we normally had done so with my limited mobility. We have already booked next years holiday in the Spring and I know I will be reordering another chair from Wheelfreedom so we can enjoy ourselves again; I now have more enjoyment. “This is the third time I have used Wheelfreedom for wheelchair hire for a holiday with my mother who has impaired mobility. Each time the wheelchair has been delivered to the hotel and collected again at the end of the holiday. It is packed in a user-friendly way and we had no difficulty in unpacking and re-packing it. It was comfortable and appropriate. A good service.”
