“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“I have always loved Wed2b when seeing their dresses online. As a plus size bride I was very apprehensive about finding 'the' wedding dress. I went to my nearest Wed2b shop in Chesham and was greeted by Kyann, I explained my insecurities and together we have found 'the' dress, within 3 hours of being in the shop we were leaving with everything in beautiful storage boxes. I can't thank the ladies at Wed2b enough, I feel like a princess in my dress and I didn't think that was possible. If you want wedding dress consultants that are kind, understanding, patient, and dedicated to finding the right dress with you, look no further.”

“I had to be dragged into a bridal shop as I thought as an older bride to be I'd look a bit silly in a wedding dress. From the second we walked in, Elsa in the Brighton branch made me feel at ease. 7 dresses later I felt like a princess and you can't put a price on that. Thank you so much, it was a wonderful experience.”

“Visited the wed2b store in Drumcondra yesterday. I was so nervous but Alex made me feel at ease straight away. We tried on 3 styles of what I thought I was looking for which were all beautiful but turned out not for me. Until I left it in Alex's hands to choose something completely different. When she came out with the 4th dress I knew before trying it on that this was the one. I'll never forget this experience and be forever thankful to Alex for her professionalism, humor and pure love. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS.”

“Visited Milton Keynes store on Saturday. What a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend you ask for Fiona, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and like I'd known her for years. I am an older bride and never had a wedding dress previously and had no idea of the type I wanted. Fiona took time to ask me all about my planned wedding and about me, before she went to choose some dresses for me to try. The very first dress she chose for me was 'the one' so even though I tried on a further four, I came back to the first, Fiona just knew what would suit me. The whole experience was amazing, you are made to feel important and like a princess, I came away with a wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, accessories and even ties, handkerchiefs and cuff links for the grooms men....all at a very reasonable price. Thank you Wed2b not sure why anyone would want to go anywhere else”

“Meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Selten solche lieben Mitarbeiter getroffen. Dank der tollen Zusammenarbeit mit Sandy per Telefon und E-mail sowie der tollen Begleitung von Dori in Gotha hatte ich mein Traumkleid, welches ich überall gesucht habe und nach 2h Autofahrt in Gotha anprobieren konnte, und nach 10 min überglücklich und entschlossen mein Kleid gekauft habe. Tausend Dank fürs Recherchieren, beraten, begleiten und für so viel Liebe zum Beruf. Danke”

“Well we picked up the bridesmaids dresses today the person dealing with us took the cellophane off the dresses to show us and then expected us to take them home with no protection whatsoever Very very poor service what a shame so we then had to buy protection covers to transport them Perhaps you should include details when people are buying This was in the Chesham shop on Sunday 12th April”

“The staff are really helpful and listen to what you want. They bring the dresses to you based on what you tell them. You get in the whole experience. I did find my dress, but found the extras that are added on at the end, a bit extravagant and they dont tell you that you can take these off and you feel awkward to ask. If you pkan to purchase, take your own coat hanger, dress box and dress cover. Maybe even buy your own underskirt. You will be shocked at how much each of these items are seperately.”

“An einem Donnerstag betrat ich das Ladeb in München, ohne Termin, in der Hoffnung, mir eine Idee über mein Brautkleid zu verschaffen. Ich hatte auch ein Foto von einem Kleid dabei, das momentan mein Favorit ist, aber leider war es nicht vorrätig. Trotzdem wurde ich von Lena bedient und beraten, der hilfsbereitesten, nettesten und lustigsten Verkäuferin, die ich je getroffen habe. Sie hat mich fantastisch beraten und ein Kleid gefunden, das perfekt zu mir passt. Vielen Dank, Lena, für den hervorragenden Service und deine Geduld! Ema”

“I came in yesterday 06.04.2026 and was assisted by Yas. I had such a good experience with her. She was absolutely great and knew exactly what she was talking about and really helped me find my dream dress. I was in the shop for over two hours. She was so patient and I can’t thank her enough as I’ve had such a good experience. “I went to a few wed2bs on my dress buying journey. I first went to Southampton and tried a few on, beautiful dresses but didn’t feel strongly about any of them. Then on a weekend in London with my family we went to the London store. And my god what an experience! The lady who helped us was absolutely incredible, she really listened to what I was after and continuously brought out the most stunning dresses, exactly to my taste. She made the whole experience something I will never forget! I’m so regretful that I don’t remember her name, but I have included her in my picture so she can get the credit she deserves. Anyway, I loved at least four of the dresses we tried on and couldn’t make a decision so we walked away. But I did finally make a decision and I bought ‘Robbie’ in your Milton Keynes store whilst I was in the area. Everyone was lovely in the other stores, but I just want the credit given to the wonderful lady in your London store. She is insanely good at her job!”

“Went to the Brighton store back in January and said yes to the dress after trying on 4 dresses until I saw my dress on the 5th go… poppy listened and understood what I liked and didn’t liked, knew what would suit my body shape aswell. I felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as I walked in there. I would happily recommend this store and how lovely the staff were. One happy bride to be xxx”

“Went into Wed2b this week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I went in two days in a row, the first day I had Tiana helping me who was so patient, realised my look and what I wanted completely and was so professional. The second day, I was served by Daisy, who was equally as supportive, professional and friendly. Both Daisy and Tiana made me feel super special before the big reveal to my mother and made the experience the best it could be. The dresses are gorgeous, well made and the women in the shop really know what they are talking about. The shop is beautiful as well. Would 100% recommend!”
