“Visited the Gateshead store yesterday with no idea what I wanted in a dress, had never tried one on. Was quite nervous and unsure, but the warm welcome we received by bex and no pressure into trying any on if I didn’t want to. I found 2 that I liked and tried them, Kate was very helpful in getting to know what I loved about them and didn’t like, she then came back with one to try which I was unsure about but gave it a go and liked it. Very helpful and instantly made me feel comfortable. Loved them but wanted to come back with my mam to try the top two again and see their opinions. Even though the shop was closing soon there was never any rush or hurry to go home. But I decided to come back in the morning as I saw another 3 that I wanted to try. So arrived this morning to a warm welcome from the staff, and staff approached me straight away informing who was looking after me today, which was Holly. Again made me feel comfortable and listened to what I liked and didn’t. We tried a few different styles that I saw yesterday and a few sought out by holly.. she came back with something I wasn’t originally looking for but when I tried it on.. what a surprise total game changer. Absolutely loved it took it off to compare original choices and went back to the surprise holly had bought for me to try and still loved it. Tried some veils and accessories. No rush from the staff and they all came to see how I was getting on and how I felt about the dresses. It was so nice to have this, they all get involved and are just as excited about the dresses, choices and how you feel in them. So I said yes to the dress! Absolutely love it, Not only did they make it such a enjoyable experience they also found the most perfect flower girl dress for my little girl and all came to see when she tried it on.. such a lovely bunch of staff who clearly love what they do! Can’t thank them enough I now have a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress.”

“Went to wed2b on Saturday the 6th in Norwich and was greeted by Greta, from the off she was amazing! First time trying on a wedding dress , had a consultation with Greta. She went off and come back with a dress I was so unsure to begin with but ended up being GORGEOUS on the dress I happily said yes too! Before saying yes to the dress Greta made sure I tried on different styles of dresses to make sure I was certain. All staff were so welcoming , full of knowledge. The most amazing experience!”

“Ik ben echt super goed geholpen geweest. Als we de winkel binnen kwamen ontvangen ze jou met een grote lach, leggen eerst uit wat er gaat gebeuren. Vragen wat voor jurk je mooi vind. Laten je jurken passen zoveel je ze wil. Had even een lichte twijfel over een jurk en dan geven ze echt heel goed advies wat je best dan kan doen. Heel hard bedankt om mij te helpen met mijn droomjurk”

“I visited wed2be Derby today, I was quite nervous about the whole thing but as soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with such lovely faces. Teresa helped me find the perfect dress and really encouraged me to try a few different designs to ensure I knew what I loved. Safe to say I did just that and found exactly what I was looking for. I could recommend wed2be Derby more. Perfect from start to finish with such a wide range of beautiful affordable dresses! X”

“What an amazing day! From start to finish. I went in this morning not a clue what I liked and what I wanted as am very fussy with materials and stuff. Mirren helped me so much she was amazing she made me feel incredible in every dress I tried on! Can’t thank Mirren enough for told and help me choose my dress such a lovely girl! “I came to Brighton today, it was my first time trying on dresses ever so was overwhelmed. we were greeted at the door by the amazing Grace, no pun intended, and wow she was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive, knowledgable and worked so so hard to find me a dress. With every single try on, she took my feedback and went to find me a dress that was closer to the vision. She was just amazing from start to finish, altho we didn’t find the one, I just would reccomend her to anyone and everyone!”

“I went to the Wed2B Derby store today with my mum and maid of honour , we were was greeted by a lovely lady upon arrival , then the lovely Molly helped with picking out my dream dress! “Lovely shop and very nice staff , made me feel very calm and relaxed Meg the lady helping was amazing , she gave great advice and listened to what I had to say . “I visited the Nottingham store today and what a wonderful experience I received. Lucia and Lauren couldn't help enough! Very knowledgeable and I received good advice. They made me feel so welcomed and not pushed into making a decision. I would highly recommend this store! All of the staff I have encountered including in a previous visit have been very polite, bubbly, professional and demonstrated a willingness to support in what is a very important decision making process which massively helps relieve any doubts or concerns. I will be recommending this store to any future bride in my social circle.”

“Really felt that we were rushed,tried on 4 dresses made to feel that there wasn't any more I could try on - felt like the sales assistant was negative about time frames and a bit judgemental about me not buying a dress a while ago. Yeah just wouldn't want to go again - shame”

“Revisit to Wed2B Belfast store today with my daughter who is the bride , we were greeted soo warmly by the lovely Tina. She remembered us from our 1st visit about 6 wks ago and our details which was such a lovely personal touch and she made us feel very welcome in store again. Tina listened to my daughter’s wish list and was most helpful in the gowns that she selected. Unfortunately the dress we hoped to retry from before was no longer available so unfortunately no ‘yes to the dress ‘ on this occasion, but we would wholeheartedly recommend Wed2B .”

It’s such a special moment that I’ll remember forever, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cara. She made me feel so comfortable, listened to everything I wanted, and somehow made the whole experience feel effortless and magical. She was so patient, kind and genuinely excited for me, which made finding my dress even more emotional and memorable. “I bought my dress yesterday with the help of Theresa and Bryony in the Derby store. I couldn’t recommend enough. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, guided through the process, to the final stages of saying “YES!!” Theresa was so helpful and put my nerves at ease, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting.”

“I had my visit today in the Glasgow store with my girls the girl that helped me with the dress and veil was called Megan she was so lovely and helpful I was so nervous trying on the dress and she made me feel like I was the most Important person there we laughed together and shared the amazing experience of me say yes to the dress 100% the best staff in the shop all round all the staff are welcoming friendly and make you feel so welcomed and at easy thank you ladies one happy bride to be”

“I already had my wedding dress from another place when I decided to just walk in to Wed2b shop in Norwich. Deep down, I was feeling restless, not happy with my previously chosen dress. The person that saw me was Claudia. Cute enough, is the same name as my wedding planner. I explained to her my situation and showed her some ideas. She was so committed to help me. It was like being with someone that it was part of my family. We tried maybe 7 dresses. Then it happened: Claudia came back with a veil just “to see how it looks all together” and I burst into tears. The emotion came in once. It was me and Claudia and a video call with my mother. I chose my dress. Just like that. I was in the right place, with the right person. Thank you, Claudia. Thank you Wed2b. You made a difference in my life. All the love, Anna Ps: I hope Claudia gets to see this review, because she deserves all the recognition. ❤️”
