“What a beautiful bunch of people. Me and my Maid of Honour visited the Birmingham Central branch and just wow. Katie was absolutely amazing with us. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she just made the experience that much more enjoyable and a whole lot less daunting. She was patient, and so so sweet.”

“I had THE BEST time at the Wednesbury Store finding my dream dress! We were greeted with a warm welcome and then i was assigned to the lovely Noma and boy was i glad because her knowledge of the dresses was amazing! In fact she chose my dream dress, a dress i would never have considered looking at but after asking lots of questions and getting to know myself and details of my wedding she brought me my perfect dress! I tried it on and well that was that, we left the store with it safely boxed up. Noma even matched a piece of fabric similar to my bridesmaid dresses to hold up so i could get a glimpse of what they would like on my day. The dresses are so pretty and modern even for myself being a plus size bride, you won't be disappointed! Even the aftercare was great being sent a list of recommended local seamstresses. I will certainly Thank you Noma for giving me the best experience, making me feel at ease and finding my dream dress!”

“We visited the Liverpool store recently as we were at the pier head and decided to take a little look around your shop, we have no date as yet for a wedding but was excited to go in and look at some dresses and enjoy having a look around. When we informed a member of staff we were just looking around and had no date as yet for a wedding, the staff member was insisting we have our details (name, address, telephone number etc) before we could even look around. Then as we proceeded to eventually look around, we overheard the staff member having to explain to her boss, that we hadn’t a date as yet, to which the boss replied “or she’s just not getting married and has no date!” This behaviour and attitude towards customers is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, I felt like Julia Roberts off the pretty woman film, made to feel we were not worthy of looking around just because we hadn’t set a date. The atmosphere was miserable too. We still had a gorgeous day though, meeting some not so stuck up staff elsewhere.”

“I had the best experience in this shop today, lovely girl Maddie help me find my dream dress, after already trying on other dresses in another store I found it very overwhelming, Maddie made me feel so at ease, she listened to what I wanted, and offered advice on what she thought I would like, she made myself and gran feel relaxed and comfortable, she made the experience easy and stress free, so glad she was there to help. Would definitely recommend this store ! All the other staff were really welcoming and friendly to, lovely atmosphere.”

“Where do I start so 2 weeks ago I went and brought what I thought was my dream dress to try it on again at home 2 weeks later to find it don’t fit properly around the rib cage as it wasn’t done up properly in store before purchase which we weren’t aware of. So yesterday myself and mother drove back to the store and had the most amazing experience with 2 members of staff. Who corrected this issue for me instantly. Nothing was too much trouble, I tried on another gown and walked out a very happy bride. Thank you to the staff at Bournemouth wed2b. You turned my nightmare into my dream dress”

“From the moment I walked into the Brighton Marina branch, I felt so welcome and at ease. As this was the very first wedding dress shop I had ever visited, I was unsure about what I wanted and felt a little nervous, but the whole team made it such a special experience. My consultant, Emily, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable, really listened to me, and guided me without any pressure. I couldn’t have asked for a better first bridal appointment. Every member of staff I interacted with, even briefly, was so friendly, smiley, and welcoming. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and positive, which makes such a difference. The manager, Abbie, was fantastic. I really wanted my sister to see the dress and she lives about 40 minutes away. They kindly let us stay at the shop while we waited for her to arrive and then took us straight back to the changing room so we did not have to wait again. That meant so much and made the moment even more special. The whole experience was incredible. I tried on around five dresses, but the very first one was THE ONE and I ended up saying yes to the dress 🤍✨”

“We visited the Milton Keynes store with very little idea on what we were doing. We went to “just look”. We were greeted by Felicity who from the very start explained the procedure and what to expect. I showed Felicity one photograph I had for inspiration and she advised to try on some different styles, which were all gorgeous dresses. She was so patient and made me feel at absolute ease with everything. We ended up buying the first dress I tried on. What a day we had and I completely didn’t expect to find the dress and walk away with it that same day. The most easiest of experiences yet. Would highly recommend. A pleasure meeting Felicity who truly knew what she was doing.”
