“I already had my wedding dress from another place when I decided to just walk in to Wed2b shop in Norwich. Deep down, I was feeling restless, not happy with my previously chosen dress. The person that saw me was Claudia. Cute enough, is the same name as my wedding planner. I explained to her my situation and showed her some ideas. She was so committed to help me. It was like being with someone that it was part of my family. We tried maybe 7 dresses. Then it happened: Claudia came back with a veil just “to see how it looks all together” and I burst into tears. The emotion came in once. It was me and Claudia and a video call with my mother. I chose my dress. Just like that. I was in the right place, with the right person. Thank you, Claudia. “Visited the Edinburgh store last week and couldn’t have had a better first experience of trying on wedding dresses with Andrea. We had a good discussion about dresses and she came back with a great selection and picked out a wild card that I loved and almost bought! I then visited the Glasgow Forge store this weekend past and had another great experience but with Jessie this time. She was so helpful and fab at listening to what I was asking for. We found my dream dress this day because of this and I can’t thank her enough!!”

“Visited the Cardiff store on Saturday morning and it was lovely! I was so nervous as it was my first time trying on dresses. Shannon helped me and was so patient with me and listened to everything I wanted in a dress she was so kind and I left with a beautiful dress I never thought I would wear! The experience was brilliant, I didn’t feel pressured and all the staff was so helpful.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Norwich Store yesterday, everyone there was very welcoming and super friendly! I had Molly as a consultant and she was excellent at finding out dresses that suited the style that I was after and helping to dress them up with veils and accessories so I could visualise what they would look like on the day! Molly and Claudia were both lovely and looked at every dress I tried on, they both helped me work towards which dress was perfect for me, even though I was a little indecisive! Thanks to the help from both Molly and Claudia, I said yes to the beautiful Mercia wedding dress! Thank you for such a lovely, relaxing and understanding experience!”

“My partner and I haven't even settled on a date, budget or venue yet my thinking ahead got the better of me 😅 Molly and Claudia were a dynamic duo and really helped my explore my options. I can proudly say I now have my dress and shes beautiful 🥰 I definitely feel now that if I didnt go home with Devyn, I very well have regretted it if she went a while later. Never have I been anywhere so wonderful and helpful in every which way 🥰 Vivian was a dress to die for 🥰 who ever takes her home will be a very lucky bride 🫶”

“I had the most amazing experience at Wed2b in Norwich, Molly and Claudia were amazing, they made me feel very special, I was alone trying the dresses and they were really supportive and cheered me up so much, they really listed to what I liked and disliked and fully understood the vision for the wedding and help me picked the most beautiful dress for me and I felt like a princess. And, also helped planning a little surprise for my Fiancé, which turned the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.”

“I was nervous coming to try dresses on for the first time but I didnt need to worry at all. Jess was absolutely lovely. She took her time explaining everything to me and then picked me out some stunning dresses before helping me into each one. Nothing was too much bother and she helped answer all the questions I had. I went from coming in "just to look" to falling in love and saying "yes to the dress" because she really knew what I was looking for! Highly recommended- thank you so much!”

“Really nervous coming into your Manchester store today. I'm an older bride and wanted something age appropriate. We were introduced to Ocean and all I can say is she was amazing. I had my ideas of what I wanted, the first dress I tried was 'her pick' and she got it spot on. I did try others but still came back to her pick. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks”

“I went to WED2B Shirley back in November 2024, and I had a great experience. I said yes to the dress after trying around 7 dresses. I tried different styles and I ended up going for something I didn’t think would be my style. The lady I had made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice. I had my wedding day on the 17th April 2026 and I had so many compliments about my dress. You can still buy the dress now.”

“Arrived at Wed2be on my 31st birthday today and was optimistic as tried many dresses on and didnt fit in other shops. Howver a friend recommended Wed2be and I was very surprised. Some much choice and many styles and sizes for all body types. Aiysha made me feel very special and was supportive of my insecurities. After trying on my 2nd I am so thrilled to say I was shaking and crying happy tears. I found the dress of my dreams ✨️ thank you so much to your amazing team they are a credit to you ❤️”

“I visited Bromley Wed2b 09/05/26. With my best friends I thought I will just look for some dresses and styles. I didn’t expected with I will leave the store with my Dream Dress😊 My wedding consultant was Aaleayah. She was so amazing and understood me from first words. Within 10 minutes when I explained what I’m looking for she came with the dress. Which was breathtaking. In moment when I tried dress on I know that is the Right Dress. I tried some other, but my mind was with first dress. If you looking for your dream dress definitely recommend Wed2b. Bromley store was so amazing and Aaleayah made me feel a princess bride. “Visited the Rotherham Store on 10/05/2026 with my mum to find her wedding dress and was greeted by all the lovely team @ Rotherham. My mum was feeling nervous as we had short notice and felt out of her comfort zone. Maddie looked after us from the start to finish and was amazing. Made us all feel comfortable to be honest about the dresses and understood what my mum exactly needed. Maddie is a credit to the team and would highly recommend the Rotherham Store :) .. My Mum said Yes to the Dress and is so happy with her choice and service she received x”

“Went to wed2b feeling very overwhelmed after not finding my dress at my previous bridal appointment and left saying yes to my absolute dream dress! Jessie was an absolute angel, she kept my nerves calm and listen to everything I wanted, she immediately picked my dream dress and the rest is history. “I’ve had a great experience, starting off by feeling uncomfortable and not knowing what I was looking for, Grace (from the Brighton Marina shop) was absolutely fantastic. She is easy going, friendly and really has an eye for details, and VERY patient. She made my experience very special and one of a kind. And knowing that the big day is 3 weeks away, the pressure was on and she 100% delivered. I am so glad I went there and got looked after by her. “Went to browse wedding dresses with my mum today and said yes to the dress! Verity was looking after us and I can honestly say she made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable! She took all my wants and needs into account and found such perfectly suited dresses for me to try on. In the end I fell in love with kindra and she also found a beautiful belt to complement the dress. I would highly recommend anyone to her and the rest of the girls at Bournemouth. “I visited St Paul's for my first ever dress try on at the end of April and could not have asked for a better first experience. Not only did we have the place to ourselves as a huge stroke of luck but Jolie-Blue was incredible, taking the time to listen to me, my venue and vision for the day as well as my insecurities and knocked it out of the park with every dress she brought out. Her comments were helpful and considered without pressing an opinion and she really made me feel heard. I probably could have walked out of there with my dress on that first day but wanted to think on it for a bit. We were never rushed, I could go back to earlier options to see again, walk up and down multiple times, dance and move around to really test them out! There was never any pressure to move on or make a decision. I then came back two weeks later and was supported by Supreetha who was just as fab. She listened to what I liked about certain styles and brought out options that ticked those boxes and I ended up saying yes to the dress! Both Supreetha and Jolie-Blue were genuinely excited for me as we celebrated. I can't thank them enough and also loved that they both spoke to my mum and bridesmaids as well as me, making sure they were included in the experience. As a curvier girl I'd always been nervous to go dress shopping but each experience could not have been more fun and stress-free. I do think this has a lot to do with quieter shop floor so my advice is to consider that when going, especially for the first time and think about week days over weekends if you can. Cherry on top is them dry-cleaning it for me ready to bring home! Thank you wed2be!”

“I visited the Chelmsford store last Friday. I hadn't been to any other bridal shops before and chose Wed2b because I didn't have to book. It had a very welcoming atmosphere and all the girls were so kind. I was looked after by the lovely Chloe. She was so nice and made me feel relaxed. She listened to my requests and found the perfect dress for me. It does need to be altered but they have a range recommended dressmakers. I booked an appointment for the alterations later that day for a month's time. I highly recommend Wed2b, I had a lovely experience there!”

“Finding my dream dress! This was my first time in a bridal store to look for my dream dress. From the moment I walked in I felt important, as the lovely Ruby greeted myself, my sister and mum. Ruby informed me of everything I needed to know and was so warm and welcoming. When trying on dresses, Ruby went out of her way to make me feel special and important and most of beautiful in each dress I tried on. My maid of honour my sister, was also able to try on a few of their beautiful bridesmaid dresses which was lovely. Ruby helped me find my dream dress and I walked away feeling so excited and happy that I had found the one. Ruby told me that she had only been working at wed2b for a year and it was her favourite job she has ever worked, I can see why as she is made for the role, 10 of 10! Thank you for helping me find my beautiful dress I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day, I am a very happy bride to be!”
