“I purchased my dress here yesterday! The dress was absolutely stunning however I did feel disappointed with the service I felt very rushed and pushed to buy the dress, I even asked to try on a separate dresses a few the following day after reserving and she said they weren't available however I saw them in store in my size. It felt like she just wanted me to buy that dress. I also never got to experience after I brought the dress the sign to take the picture. Very disappointed Lovely dress but terrible experience”

“I brought my wedding dress today, all the staff were so lovely. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me with my dresses however she had only been working there for 2 weeks and she was incredible! Super friendly and chatty and was perfect for someone with anxiety! I found my dress in the third one she brought out and even then the second was very close! I would highly recommend Wed2Be Brighton they know their stuff for sure! Thank you lovely ladies again, you made the experience so special ❤️”

“Absolutely amazing experience I had Chloe helping me both times I went into the store she was so lovely and listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress. The whole thing felt so relaxed and happy everyone was inviting. Chloe did amazing making sure I was comfortable and happy with every little thing couldn’t recommend them or Chloe enough.”

“I have no words other than amazing x what a truly amazing experience for my daughter today and with the fantastic help of Marisa and her wealth of knowledge she walked away with the hugest smile on her face and the dress that dreams are made of x in fact all the staff was so kind and helpful but particular mention to Marisa, we couldn’t have wished for anyone as helpful as her. “I bought 4 bridesmaid dresses and my wedding dress along with accessories - spending over £3000 Unfortunately one of the bridesmaid dresses zips failed half and hour before the ceremony . My stepdaughter had to use pins from the Reverend at the Church - one of the guests had to dash to the shops for a needle and thread for a repair after the ceremony. I contacted Web 2 b and they said they don’t accept responsibility as the dress had an alteration . I explained the dress was taken up only - the dresses have to be taken up unless you are 6ft + . The zip was not touched ! I cannot express the upset caused and the lack of accountability . I will be taking the matter up with trading standards and court action . You ruined our wedding ceremony wed2b”

“If I could give it one star I would but unfortunately you can't leave a review without giving it a start. Your wedding Day is the most important day of your life and if you are going to read over review then please read this and stay away from these ready to wear dresses, you are better off getting it tailored made as you'll get good experience and will be made to feel like a princess. I felt like I was forced to buy the dress as there are only two people who are serving other people and you feel rushed and don't want to take anyone else's time. I specifically told the person who served me I want something with long sleeves and coverage, instead I was giving a dress without sleeves and coverage and then told I can get sleeves with it, which by contacting tailors it would have cost me £300 just to add the sleeves. I told her what my budget and I went way over my budget and then on top of that I had to get sleeves too. I went back to ask if I can return it and I was told it's none refundable, I was stuck with a dress that I couldn't do much with, I had to stitch the sleeves on it by myself as I couldn't spend £300 to attach sleeves. A dress that's off the shelve should be refunded when someone is not happy with it, it's not I returned my dress after a week, I went back the next day and I was told they can't return and even then I was rushed to look for other dresses. STAY AWAY!!!!”

“My daughter was made to feel self conscious for her size, the girl she saw was rude and rushed. My daughter was only given a minimal choice as apparently the size she wanted sells out too fast and alterations may be too costly. She felt so awful, to the extent that she was in tears after her visit. No matter how large or small, every bride should have a lovely experience.”

“I visited the Chelmsford store today having never tried on a dress before and I had the most amazing experience! We were looked after by the whole store team, but Vanessa was honestly fantastic. From picking out gowns she thought would suit me to being the best hype woman I could ask for, I left the store with not only my dream dress but feeling the most beautiful I have ever felt. This has been such a wonderful experience and will be recommending anyone who needs it back there! Thank you again for making my wedding dress hunt a memorable one!”

“I visited the Gateshead store yesterday after only being to one other shop all the girls were very welcoming, Georgie introduce her self to us and helped me decide on this style of dresses I like she look through my pictures of what I’ve tried on previously got to know my likes and dislikes about how dresses make me feel and the different materials I didn’t like and knew what I was looking for, I said yes to my second dress I tried on she was so accommodating to my self, my daughter and my mam throughout our visit. Willing turned the air on off as my daughter felt cold, help me decide if I would like a veil or not and how I could style my hair with my veil and dress Would highly recommend this store to any bride to be. Thank you again 🩷”

“I visited the Wednesbury branch today with the intent to just get an idea of what dress styles would suit me and ended up taking home my wedding dress! Taylor made my party and I feel so welcome and I felt really at ease trying on all the dresses. We talked about my plans for my wedding and general themes and ideas for what I wanted my dress to look like and she picked some wonderful choices. I’m so pleased I said yes to the dress today and couldn’t have done it without her assistance. Thank you Taylor!”

“Visited Nottingham store to try on wedding dresses and I had wonderful experience. I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She asked all the right questions, really listened to what I wanted, and gave honest and helpful opinions. She encouraged me to keep an open mind and try different styles, which made such a difference. Chloe was incredibly attentive to every little detail. She was patient, supportive and took the time to explain everything, making the whole experience feel relaxed and special. “Being a plus size woman, trying on wedding dresses was always going to cause me a lot of anxiety. But I visited the Nottingham branch today and all my anxieties have disappeared. First and foremost I would like to thank Chloe who helped with the dresses today. She was absolutely amazing and calmed me right down, listened to everything I had to say and helped me into some of the most beautiful dresses. She was so positive and it was like having my own personal cheerleader. Although I didn't leave with a dress today (today was just the first step of getting in a dress) I will never be able to express just how much Chloe has helped me build my confidence and made me feel so special. Thank you so much! As for the shop, it was really relaxed (it was a Monday), the manager showed us around and explained the process, everybody was super friendly and I never felt rushed or pressured. The range of dresses was incredible as was the sizes available, particularly plus sizes. So if, like me, you are on the curvy side and having a little panic about whether anything will fit, I highly recommend just going along and having a look. Thank you again for making my first dress try on such a positive experience.”

“I went into Wed2B in Wednesbury today as I was so confident I'd get a dress online for my big day which is only in October! However, upon reviewing I started panicking to find a dress for my big day! I went in there with an idea that I wanted and Taylor was on it straight away! She reassured me we'd find my dress and tried near enough every option to what I was looking for. Lo and behold it only took the second dress try on that I found THE DRESS. She was so amazing explaining everything to me and made me feel so confident! I'm so happy I have left today with my dream wedding dress that I didn't think was possible! Highly recommend this store, the staff overall were incredible but Taylor made the entire experience! Thank you so much!”

“I came in few weeks ago for my wedding dress. The lady's are amazing and so friendly and help you every step of the way to find your perfect dress. We all no how stressful dress shopping is and I did not feel like that with any of them they made me feel relaxed and there was no rush and I left with my perfect dress. Highly recommend wed2b☺️”
