Natasha swansea store Natasha was amazing and so patient in helping me search for the right dress. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable with no pressure but also lots of helpful advice and guidance.

5 minuten geleden Nieuw Ongelooflijk slechte ervaring. Na de klote ervaring van de eerste afspraak met klantenservice afspraken gemaakt over het ruilen van de jurk. Na anderhalf uur heen moeten rijden wordt de gekochten jurk afgekeurd op pluisjes. Juliette van klantenservice is niet te vertrouwen. Er was een leuke dag beloofd met ontvangst en we zouden de jurk mogen ruilen. Er was helemaal niks van waar. Ze wisten nog net niet dat we langs zouden komen. Uiteindelijk na heen en weer, welles nietus, maar naar huis gegaan met wederom een klote ervaring. En bedankt.

I had an incredible experience at the Shirley Wed2B! Everyone was so friendly and helpful - especially our specialist Chanel, who couldn’t have gone more above and beyond! Amazing service and I said yes to the dress! Recommend this store completely if you want sound advice and some beautiful dresses to try!

Holly was an absolute dream of a staff member to help me! She understood instantly what my style and vision was, found me my wedding dress in the first go, allowed me time to try on other styles just to be sure, and honestly felt like she was part of the wedding party with me! Could not have had a better experience, and unbelievably happy with the dress I said yes to!

Blaise was my bridal consultant in Cardiff and we tried on dresses the first day and I thought it found the dress for me. It was so quiet the first time. After coming away, I realised something wasn’t quite right and Blaise still was absolutely perfect, kind, caring and extremely supportive as I had a baby a year ago and my body is not exactly how it was a year ago! Blaise is an asset to the company and I was thrilled we finally found the perfect dress. Nadiya was also so sweet and can tell she will go so far! It was stressful for the consultants as it was so busy and they kept their cool and dealt with every scenario with a smile on their faces and in a professional manner. Truly grateful for these ladies!!!

After waiting for two and a half hours my daughter tried on two dresses before the assistant disappeared and was replaced by someone else. We were told the original assistant had to leave and the new one had not looked at any of the information so had no idea what sort of dress my daughter was looking for or what she’d already tried on. The assistant said there were no dresses in the preferred style in my daughter’s size and told her to look on the website as she had to go to the till and would come back. My daughter was left in the changing room and then we saw the original assistant wandering around. At this point my daughter was quite upset and wanted to leave. The assistants had been unhelpful and their attitude made her feel uncomfortable and as if she was a problem. When we were leaving the shop I approached the original assistant to complain, the second one was on a mobile at that point. Neither apologised or explained why they had swapped or why she’d been left in a changing room with no service. This was a distressing experience when it should have been a time when she was supported to find the dress to make her feel special.

I am absolutely devastated with my experience today at Wed2be Milton Keynes. Firstly I had to wait an hour longer than the expected time I was due to be seen. I know they were busy but they shouldn’t have given me that time if they couldn’t commit to it. Secondly I wasn’t give the option to go and view the dresses myself which may have helped as I might have seen a dress that was slightly different to what I thought I liked or one I just wanted to try on. I spoke to the assistant assigned to me about my preferences and styles I wanted to try and she clearly didn’t really listen to a word I said. Every dress had something I specifically said I didn’t like for example an open back, or emphasis on the bust but each dress that came never seemed to really improve. The first dress she got me to try probably ticked the box of everything I said I DIDN’T want. I told her it was 2 out of 5 when she asked my rating to which she said I rated harshly. She then went off to get my second dress and took 25 mins. This whole time I had to remain in the first dress in front of all the other bridal parties which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. My mum actually had to go looking for her and she found her chatting to a work colleague. When she came back she told me she had been to the toilet and then proceeded to tell my Mum she had been in the warehouse looking for a dress the whole time. I tried on 3 more dresses which did not tick any boxes. For the dresses that were too big she didn’t provide me with clips to make it sit on me better so I had to stand there holding the dress up and for a dress that was too small she asked a colleague to come in and help get the zip up which was just embarrassing, I’d have much rather have not tried it. The one type of dress I wanted to try was one with sleeves and at the very end after 3/4 unsuccessful try ons with only one having suitable sleeves she told me they didn’t have any dresses with sleeves and that I should have done my research on dresses on their website that I liked otherwise I should go to another store or come back another day. For someone incredibly insecure about my body and having just had a baby my requests I don’t think were that difficult to try and match yet I was made to feel like I was being overly fussy and making her work too hard. It’s only my second dress shop visit and to be honest it’s put me off wanting to try dresses on again. I certainly don’t think I want to return to Wed2be MK with the risk of being treated like this again.

As we operate on a walk-in service to ensure that our brides are not constrained to an appointment time, this can sometimes mean that our bridal experts are not immediately available during busier periods. We would always advise arriving as early as possible or visiting on a weekday for a quieter experience. In regards to the clipping of a dress, as our dresses are all sold off the peg, we must ensure they remain in a pristine condition and so we do not clip our dresses to avoid any damages. We set a very high standard for ourselves, and we are truly sorry to hear that this standard was not met during your most recent visit with us. I had such an amazing experience at Wed2b! The staff were absolutely lovely and made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. They took the time to introduce me to each designer and explained the different shapes and styles of wedding dresses, which was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first time visiting a bridal shop! Tilly, who helped me during the fitting, was especially wonderful. I had marked about seven dresses I wanted to try on, and based on how I felt in each one, she recommended similar styles with different designs. She really listened to my preferences and made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. I was quite nervous at first, not knowing what I would like or what to expect, but thanks to the staff’s professionalism and kindness, I ended up finding the one! They also have a great selection of dresses in a variety of styles, so there's something for everyone. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!

Karolina and Fiona were amazing when I visited the Milton Keynes location this afternoon - they listened to what styles I liked and pulled dresses that matched including some wild cards which I didn’t even think would suit me - oh how I was wrong! They were both very welcoming, knowledgeable and understanding which made me feel at ease at my first ever experience wedding dress shopping. I cannot express how wonderful they are and how beautiful they made me feel. I didn’t walk away with my dress however I now believe that I know at least what I am looking for for my next visit - thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Kyann was amazing at helping me find my perfect dress! She was so accomodating and understood straight away what I was looking for in terms of style and material- I didn't expect to find my dream wedding dress at my first appointment but she foundit for me! Wonderful friendly service!

I LOVED my experience at Wed2b! I was made to feel so comfortable and I felt so calm and happy the whole time. Harriet was amazing. As soon as i walked into the shop i felt welcomed, everything was explained to me and i was given time to look through different dress styles.i didnt feel rushed at all and I felt comfortable the whole time and was helped by milly who was amazing to find my dream dress.

Went to the one in Cardiff staff not helpful at all , I appreciate it’s a Saturday and a bit busy but no communication with how long your going to wait or anything waited over 2hours to be called to try dresses on and to be told that none in my size a friend who was with me was to look and find 3 herself but the staff were so rude it made my experience deflated will not recommend…

My daughter said ‘yes’ to the dress yesterday at your Stoke on Trent store. The attention we received from Julia the moment we walked in for the next 2 1/2 hours was truly amazing! Julia was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Julia was so knowledgeable & she knew exactly which accessories complimented the dress my daughter chose. Thank you Julia for making my daughter’s day so special & for making us cry when she found ‘the one’ Can’t thank you enough….

Wij zijn super goed en vriendelijk ontvangen, er werd gevraagd wat de bruid in gedachten heeft en op basis hiervan zijn we samen met de dame van de winkel opties gaan bekijken. De bruid (mijn nicht) was wat onzeker en vond niet meteen haar stijl. Er werd mee nagedacht over de opties en stijlen en met heel veel geduld hebben ze dit aangepakt. Resultaat: buiten gaan met een goed gevoel en de bruid haar prachtige jurk en accessoires. Zeer aangename ervaring, lief en vriendelijk personeel.
