“I had a fantastic experience today at wed2b at Swansea, the girls made me feel comfortable as I was unsure what I wanted, and there service is fantastic couldn’t do enough for me , the price of my dress and accessory was just perfect, you made my journey looking for a dress brilliant and unforgettable, thank you again x”

“Rude unhelpful staff. Not greeted on arrival, and not told we had to check in an wait for a assistant to view dresses. Started walking around show room, then informed we need to check in and taken back to reception. In this time another group had arrived (after us!) and we're waiting to check in with receptionist. We checked with shop assistant but the receptionist informed us the other group (which arrived after us!) Were now first and we would have to wait 45min until another assistant was free to view dresses! No apology at any point for the confusion, staff were rude and unfriendly, did not stay and try on any dresses! Dreadfully customer service from staff would NOT recommend!”

“Visited the Stoke store and cannot thank the assistants enough, soon as we walked in we had a warm welcome and put my nerves to ease straight away. Our assistant Julia was amazing from the start to finish, her knowledge was amazing and nothing was too much trouble having tried on 5 dresses the first one was the one! Thank you Julia for all your help and making the day special x”

“I SAID YES TO THE DRESS, I went to the wed2b store in London the Baker Street location and what a magical wonderful experience. The beautiful ladies made me feel a million dollars. Jane was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. A huge thank you to Rachel who helped me find the dress of my dreams. The store manager was fantastic. The whole experience was amazing and it was so special to share this experience with my mum. Thank you Wed2b”

“I came to the Milton Keynes store today and was assisted by Claudia, where do I start?! The experience from the moment we stepped foot into the store was like no other. She was absolutely incredible. I was so nervous and anxious before my visit but within minutes she reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. The experience was like no other and to top the visit off I said ‘Yes to the dress’ ❤️ I would absolutely recommend Wed2Be to any future brides out there. Service was faultless and all of the staff were amazing.”

“Hi, I highly recommend taking time to visit a Wed2be store. I didn't buy my dress here but I had such a wonderful experience in the Ashford shop, I really want to thank Megan for making it such a special experience. Megan got my vibe and what I was looking for immediately and hit it out of the park with her 'Wildcard' pull for me. It was nearly a winner for me. I'm planning to head to a Wed2be with my bridesmaids to shop for dresses as we had such a personal experience. The other staff were so helpful and all got involved with the hype when I walked out of the changing room too. Ashford shop has a great team!”

“We visited wed2b last week to find a wedding dress for my daughter. Firstly we were amazed by the amount of beautiful dresses that had and you don’t even need an appointment. A girl called Alex greeted us very nicely and signed us in. She explained how everything works at web2b and then started to bring out dresses one at a time for my daughter to try on. Alex was very professional and had a keen eye for fashion & style. She really was a wonderful help in us choosing my daughter’s stunning wedding dress & accessories. I would highly recommend wed2b for anyone looking for a fabulous dress and a truly unique experience.”

“The Bromley store is fantastic. Nicely decorated and a massive supply of beautiful dresses with a price range suiting everyone. I found and purchased my dream dress here. I would recommend visiting on a weekday to make the most out of your experience. I saw Tahlia who was lovely! She was so knowledgable and chose a great selection of dresses and accessories. “Ich möchte mich herzlich beim Kundendienst bedanken und besonders hervorheben, wie flexibel und hilfsbereit das Team war. Vor allem aber war es Sandy, die mir äußerst lösungsorientiert und engagiert zur Seite stand und mir dabei geholfen hat, ein Kleid zu finden, das perfekt zu mir passt. Ich bin rundum mit der gesamten Abwicklung zufrieden und spreche gerne eine klare Empfehlung aus. Ich war im Store in Gotha und bin sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank noch einmal!”

“Mijn bruidsjurk heb ik gekocht bij Wed2b in Geleen waar ik ben geholpen door Vera. Ik ging met een jurk en een fijn gevoel naar buiten. Ze heeft mij heel goed geholpen, vol kennis, passie en eindeloos geduld. Het concept is helder en daar zijn ze heel transparant in. Geen toeters en bellen, maar wel prachtige jurken tegen een betaalbare prijs en goed advies. Ik kan deze winkel iedereen aanbevelen!”

“Absolutely lovely staff in the Northampton shop, I was very nervous as I don't like being the centre of attention but they make you feel so relaxed and so complimentary. I spent a few hours then and walked out with my dress, thanks to Belle and Emma.”

“I visited WED2B store in Stoke-on-Trent (SOT). The staff is amazing. Particularly Grace who was advising me. Not only she was extremely polite, attentive and approachable but the dress I eventually fell in love with was the wild card she pulled out for me. The store at Stoke sells dresses off-the-peg and you don't need an appointment as long as you're ok to wait a short while for an available advisor to help you out. But you can browse through dresses while waiting. Super friendly staff and great experience that I will remember for a long time. Very grateful. Recommend to all brides to be x”
