“From the moment I walked into the Brighton Marina branch, I felt so welcome and at ease. As this was the very first wedding dress shop I had ever visited, I was unsure about what I wanted and felt a little nervous, but the whole team made it such a special experience. My consultant, Emily, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable, really listened to me, and guided me without any pressure. I couldn’t have asked for a better first bridal appointment. Every member of staff I interacted with, even briefly, was so friendly, smiley, and welcoming. The atmosphere in the shop is warm and positive, which makes such a difference. The manager, Abbie, was fantastic. I really wanted my sister to see the dress and she lives about 40 minutes away. They kindly let us stay at the shop while we waited for her to arrive and then took us straight back to the changing room so we did not have to wait again. That meant so much and made the moment even more special. The whole experience was incredible. I tried on around five dresses, but the very first one was THE ONE and I ended up saying yes to the dress 🤍✨”

“This was the first shop I tried dresses on in and I had a lovely girl called Diana. She’s was so lovely and helpful I was under no pressure to decide I spent almost 3 hours in the shop trying each style and I happily picked my dress today and brought it home such a relaxing experience….”

“Layla was amazing, we had a really nice chat about wedding plans. Didnt feel awkward like i thought i would and helped pick out different styles of dresses i might like. Talked through alterations and calmed my moms nerves lol. AMAZING experience!”

“We visited the Milton Keynes store with very little idea on what we were doing. We went to “just look”. We were greeted by Felicity who from the very start explained the procedure and what to expect. I showed Felicity one photograph I had for inspiration and she advised to try on some different styles, which were all gorgeous dresses. She was so patient and made me feel at absolute ease with everything. We ended up buying the first dress I tried on. What a day we had and I completely didn’t expect to find the dress and walk away with it that same day. The most easiest of experiences yet. Would highly recommend. A pleasure meeting Felicity who truly knew what she was doing.”

“The best experience, Fatemah was the loveliest, kindest lady. She listened to exactly what I wanted but also let me try on dresses not in my preferred style. Her attention to detail was amazing and so lovely to chat to through out the try on. Thank you so much for making my experience so comfortable and memorable. The dresses are so beautiful and very affordable. Also managed to get all the accessories to match my dress which were also very affordable but very good quality. Would 100% recommend to anyone!”

“Went to the shop today and left with the beautiful bethany dress as a girl who's self conscious of her body the staff was very supportive, lovely and caring listened to my suggestions on the dress and firstly came out with bethany which I instantly fell in love with so thank you ever so much to Wed2B and the lovely staff in Bolton and the help from katelin and her tailored pic of dresses which made me say a very YES TO THE DRESS OF BEAUTIFUL BETHANY 🫶 thank you what a lovely staff and BEAUTIFUL dresses down at the store and made MY first time trying on a dress and TAKING home a dress a MEMORY to never forget 🌈🫶”

“My girls and I visited the Central London store yesterday, and Shekeisha and her team couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful for us trying on bridesmaids dresses. Shekeisha went above and beyond to fetch my wedding dress Positano (which I'd bought last year) to try on next to the girls and match bridesmaid styles. The ordering process was seamless with all details slowly clarified and confirmed, and even a swatch provided. Thank you so much Wed2BE and your brilliant London store!”

“I just wanted to say a big thank you to Millie who helped my daughter find a beautiful flower/crystal headpiece/ comb for her special day. My daughter & I came into the shop & were greeted straightaway with smiles & professionalism & passed on to Millie. Millie took the time to go through lots of different options & came up with ideas. She didnt rush us & was so friendly & professional. My daughter had been looking for the right headpiece for a while & hadnt been able to find what she wanted, but Millie sorted it & we came away extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you so much. “The best experience ever! We walked into Chesham wed2b with very little expectations to find the dress. First place. First dress try on session. Zero idea what we were doing or even what I wanted. “I wasn't expecting to find my dress today but Nicola at the Ashford store was very patient and helped pick out different styles to make it clearer in my mind what I wanted! Great concept - I especially enjoyed the tech aspect, using the app to rate dresses and ensure comms post purchase were accurate. Super friendly staff and I felt very at ease despite shopping alone for my wedding dress! I would recommend the experience to all future brides! Thank you :)”

“I was helped by Meghan today at Wed2B Ashford. I knew what I wanted (so I thought) and she listened and pulled dresses exactly as I asked. She then suggested one she thought would be great for me & to my surprise it was “the dress”! “Went this morning to try on dresses to have a feel of what kind of style I liked as I very rarely dress up, was really nervous and apprehensive about it all as my confidence is quite low, but Molly was so kind and comforting, when something didn’t fit she instantly knew how to make me feel better and she was very patient with me. I was surprised I actually found a dress I liked enough to buy today, all thanks to Molly and Amy for having a better vision than me and for listening to me. Thank you so much.”

“Went to wed2b at ocean terminal in Edinburgh to have Julia as my consultant, although I had a very open mind she listened and paid attention to my reactions to find the “one” to which it didn’t take long 1 hour to be precise after trying 4 different dresses the 4th was the perfect dress for me. Julia also looked after 2 off my bridal party after 2 hours I walked out with my dress and bridesmaids ordered. Julia was passionate, reliable and very professional from start to finish would highly recommend wed2b too anyone even though it is a walk in service it can be busy so I would recommend giving people visiting to have plenty of time. As the consultants do not rush you they are there to guide you to finding your perfect dress, and at the prices it worth the wait for a stress free experience.”
