“What an amazing experience at Shirley shop all the staff was fantastic especially Nisha not been wedding dress shopping before I did not know what too expect and I was little nervous but when I walked in straight away the nerves went away me and all my 7 bridal team was welcomed with such happy staff then we headed too the back with nisha who got too know me and all my bridal team she ask what I was looking for and went straight too work looking for the dress my dreams and she sure did as we walked away with my beautiful wedding dress what a fantastic service you all provided and especially nisha who was outstanding”

“J'ai trouvé mon bonheur dans la boutique de Gand. Le personnel a été super accueillant, surtout Maria. En plus de parler le français, elle était à l'écoute de mes envies, très patiente et a été une très bonne conseillère. En pus, elle m'a fait de magnifiques photos. Vous pouvez retrouver Maria à Bruxelles dans quelques jours. Je recommande en tout cas cette boutique les yeux fermés :-)”

“I visited the Norwich branch on Good Friday and was lucky enough to be helped by Amber who was very friendly. I knew I wanted a figure hugging dress for my shape but we still tried on various similar styles that had elements of things I liked too. We ultimately landed on what was the first dress I tried on but Amber was very patient with me in making sure this was absolutely the one. I didn’t feel rushed despite being very undecided for a while. I found it very hard to make a decision since this is the one wedding aspect your life partner isn’t around to validate! Thank you Amber for listening, supporting and reassuring me :)”

“I visited Wed2B Fleetwood yesterday (19.04.24) I was served by Natalia. She was so welcoming and really put my mind at ease when I came in with not a clue of what dress I'd like for my wedding. Natalia selected some lovely dresses for me to try on to help me decide what parts of dresses I liked most to help reach my dream dress. I was lucky enough to have the shop to myself yesterday which really added to the experience. I know this isn't how the shop runs it was just a rare occasion on the day. I had a fabulous day yesterday with my bridal party and the help of all the team at Wed2B Fleetwood. Amazing bunch of women but massive shout out to Natalia for helping me say yes to the dress, it's stunning and I can't wait to wear it on my special day. Thankyou Natalia and Wed2B Fleetwood.”

“Me and my partner went to find our dream weddings dresses at the Nottingham store. I worked with Lauren and my partner worked with Alex W. They were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish we had their undivided attention and we probably weren’t the easiest clients! Within 2 hours we both walked away with our dream dresses. The managers were also fantastic constantly checking in that we were okay. We are SO grateful to the team and can’t thank them enough!”

“I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Amber and the team at fleetwood. I attended the shop on my own ( which is daunting anyway!) but from the moment I stepped in, everyone was fabulous. Amber spent time with me listening to my likes, dislikes and I felt so comfortable with her. I tried 2 dresses on ( the second being. Wild card) and I instantly fell in love with a dress I never thought I would. The experience was second to none and a large part of that was thanks to Amber. Thank you so much.”

“Vandaag op pad geweest voor mijn trouwjurk. In de ochtend kwamen we aan bij de winkel in Arnhem. Het eerste wat op viel is dat alles schoon, netjes en geordend was. We werden liefdevol ontvangen door Iris. Ze heeft alles duidelijk uitgelegd en luisterde naar wat mijn wensen waren. Ze ging een aantal jurken bij elkaar zoeken en toen was het zover. Tijd om te gaan passen. Ook hier nam ze alle tijd voor en geen vraag of mening was te gek. Toen ik de vijfde jurk aan trok was ik verkocht. Ik begon te stralen en iedereen die mee was zag ook aan mij dit is de jurk. We hebben nog wat accessoires geprobeerd en daarna mocht het grote woord eruit: I said yes to the dress. Lieve Iris dankjewel voor deze super fijne ervaring!!”
