“Louise was literally incredible. I was feeling quite anxious about my dress and what I would go for and she has made my entire dress hunt so much better. She was super friendly and reassuring and made me feel so confident and comfortable. Could not recommend enough!!!”

“I visited WED2B Manchester twice to try on dresses, and both times I was greeted by the loveliest staff who made me feel so welcome and supported. Chloe O, in particular, was absolutely amazing—her enthusiasm and positivity made the whole experience so special. She really listened to what I was looking for, helped me in and out of the dresses with such care, and always made sure I felt comfortable before showing my family. Chloe took the time to ask about my wedding plans and the overall vibe of the day, which helped her suggest dresses that truly matched my vision. She gave me plenty of time to enjoy each dress, encouraged me to try accessories (I will be buying and wearing a veil because of her), and made the whole process fun and stress-free. When I chose my dress, the team were so accommodating and allowed me to transfer a deposit I’d put down on a different dress the week before, which was such a kind gesture. My dress and underskirt were beautifully packaged, and now they’re ready and waiting for my big day next year. I couldn’t recommend WED2B highly enough—the whole experience was great from start to finish!”

“Voor een twijfelaar als ik is dit de ideale bruidswinkel. We zouden een 4-tal jurken passen. Ik sprak bij het begin enkele do's en don'ts uit en Anita kon me al snel 4 interessante modellen aanreiken. Ze stelde me gerust met een uitgebreide en eerlijke intro en beloofde me enkele accessoires te laten zien zonder te willen pushen. De 3de jurk was de ware. Prijs was ok, kwaliteit zullen we op de dag van de trouw moeten beoordelen. Je voelt af en toe wel verkoopstechnieken opduiken (dat heb je volgens mij overal) maar je bent vrij om daar tegenin te gaan! Dat wordt zeker benadrukt. Bedankt voor de hartelijke ontvangst, Anita. Ik kijk uit naar onze speciale dag met deze jurk!”

“Elsa at the Carlisle store was absolutely amazing. She helped me find me dream dress and made it so much fun! She made me feel so comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and managed to pick out the perfect items for me. All the staff were lovely and so relaxed, there was no rush or pressure at all.”

Zulema was incredible with her service, she was instantly on board with my particular vision and had so many tips and tricks up her sleeve to get my look to perfection! “Thank you so much to Katelin at Wed2Be Bolton. When I visited on 24th August, Katelin was so friendly and helpful, she listened to what I wanted and couldn’t have done enough to help me find the one, thanks to her expertise I found my wedding dress. As there was a slight rip on the train, Katelin informed me straight away of the process to get it repaired. I collected my dress on 1st Sept, I couldn’t wait to put my dress on again and Beth was so helpful and gave me some great advice. Can’t thank the ladies enough for their time and help. Honestly the lovely team at Bolton are brilliant, as soon as you walk in you feel at ease and you’re in the best hands. Thank you so much, you made wedding dress shopping a very special and memorable experience for me!”

“I started off trying on some dresses with a really lovely young girl (I can’t remember her name) she really listened to my requests and was very helpful. Another lady then joined in and felt very pushy and salesey and I was sold items I didn’t need and felt quite pressured to buy. I believe the items may also be non refundable. From speaking to other people it appears they have also had the same experiences at this store which is disappointing. I would like to add to this that following my complaint, the store still refused a refund of an unworn and unused item that still had tags on it. I also found on their Google reviews that a lot of people have had the same experience of being pushed into buying and having items added to their order that bump the price up so I am not the only one. I would highly reccomend not ordering here. My friend has cancelled her appointment too. It’s clear this company is more invested in taking money from people then providing a memorable experience.”

“I really wish I didn’t have to write this, as the staff are genuinely lovely and welcoming so no complaints there. However the events after my purchase have been extremely upsetting as a bride. I emailed less than 24 hours after buying my dress to request a refund (well within the 14 day policy). At the time I hadn’t found another dress I liked so I was waiting for the right one to appear. When I finally found another dress I liked I was told the return/exchange period had passed even though I had acted quickly from the start. To make matters worse nobody told me about a “lay flat” rule for the dress. I hung it up as anyone would and now it has developed a visible stitching fault, making it unfit for purpose. When I raised this, I was simply advised to try and sell it myself knowing I wouldn’t get much for it and I can’t afford to make that kind of loss while needing to buy another dress. This has left me heartbroken, anxious and out of pocket still without a dress I’m happy with for my wedding. Brides should feel reassured and supported, not left in this position. If you’re considering buying a wedding dress here, please be aware of the proper aftercare and be aware that the support may not match your expectations, and you could end up in the same situation.”

“What a pleasant experience it was to visit the St Paul's branch. The fact that there's no appointment system makes it so much more relaxed. We were not rushed one bit, not having to stick with the usual 1-hour slots. The assistant listened and had a great eye for what would suit my body shape. I said yes to my 5th dress! Each dress got closer and closer to THE ONE. Thank you. Highly recommended”
