“Today I visited WED2B in Bolton, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience—it was the very first bridal shop I went to, and it has completely set the bar so high! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such kindness and professionalism. I was looked after by Aleezah, and I can’t put into words how incredible she was. She instantly made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly special. Choosing a wedding dress can feel overwhelming, but she took all of that stress away with her calm, caring, and attentive approach. She really listened to me, asked all the right questions, and made sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. What stood out most was how much effort she put into making my appointment enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to help me try on different styles, gave me honest and thoughtful advice, and celebrated each step of the journey with me. She had such a lovely way of balancing professionalism with genuine warmth, and it made the whole experience unforgettable. Thanks to her, I was able to find a dress that feels absolutely perfect, and I left the shop feeling over the moon. I am so grateful for her guidance, patience, and enthusiasm, it honestly felt like she wanted me to find the dress just as much as I did! I cannot thank Aleezah and the team at WED2B Bolton enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store and especially Aleezah to any bride-to-be who wants not only a beautiful dress but also a truly memorable and joyful shopping experience.”

“Cannot thank Lily enough at the Leeds branch for today, she was absolutely fantastic and patient with me and my friend. Nothing was too much trouble and she ended up picking out my dream dress, she really made the experience extra special. I was so nervous and anxious due to body image issues and she really put me at ease, probably more than she knew. I’d highly recommend the Leeds branch as all the staff were delightful and so friendly. Thank you Wed2b for a lovely experience today ❤️”

“Very Lovely staff, such a lovely experience overall. Julie helped me find my dream dress she was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. There was however a long wait although it was a busy Saturday- the option to book an appointment online would be very useful for future brides.”

“I said yes to the dress! Ruby was absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She really listened to the styles I was after, offered a great range of options, and went above and beyond to help me in and out of the dresses. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I’m a very picky person, but to my amazement, I fell in love with a dress and bought it on the spot! The shop itself was clean, inviting, and professional. All the staff were friendly, smartly dressed, and made the whole experience feel special. I'm a happy customer and would highly recommend this boutique to any bride-to-be!”

“Ich war im Store in Bad Homburg und wurde von Vanesa beraten. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, mit mir über meine Inspirationen gesprochen verschiedene Kleider herausgesucht. Ich bin nicht so entscheidungsfreudig und hatte ein bisschen Bedenken, dass die Beraterin irgendwann die Geduld verliert - aber sie war so entspannt, ich hab mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Vanesa war nicht genervt, im Gegenteil - sie hat sich jedes Mal mit mir gefreut, wenn ein Kleid schön aussah und hat mir wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Ich habe mein Kleid heute mitgenommen! Danke ❤️”

“A couple of weeks ago I went to the Southampton store to try on wedding dresses for the first time. My consultant Rylie was utterly fantastic! I am a very anxious person but she immediately put me at ease with her super friendly personality and made my experience a dream. I had come in with a list of dresses I had wanted to try on from the website, but with her incredible knowledge and attentiveness I was able to find the one by the second dress I tried on! I never felt rushed to make a decision, Rylie made me feel special using her exceptional product knowledge to style the dress just how I had pictured, and she was just flawless. She seemed as equally excited and happy for me as if she was part of the friends and family I had brought with me. Other members of staff added to my exceptional experience as they passed by giving compliments despite it being a busy Saturday. I cannot thank Rylie enough for such a wonderful experience, she is truly a credit to your store and company!”

“Zeer aangenaam bezoek. Vriendelijke verwelkoming en uitleg. Zeer bekwaam personeel die luisteren naar wat de wensen zijn van de bruid. Ook de entourage werd niet vergeten. Personeel begeleidt je door heel de fase van het kiezen en passen. Een jurk halen en brengen is hun niet teveel. Staan klaar met raad en komen helemaal niet pusherig over. Indien je keuze niet vind is dit geen probleem”

“My experience at WED2B was second to none. From entering the store to leaving with ‘the’ dress. Emma was amazing and made the journey so easy yet personal the whole way through. Her experience showed through the service that she provide. I cane with my mum & best friend anx she made all three of us feel at ease. Also a shout out to Megan who also welcomed up and was present to parts of my time in the Derby store she picked me a few items including my veil. Both ladies even stayed after closing time to make sure all my dress needs were catered for. Thankyou both so much for the most amazing wedding dress shopping experience its one ill remember forever!
