"I visited WED2B on Church Street in Stoke-on-Trent and had such a lovely experience, especially thanks to Lauren, who assisted me throughout my dress trials.\r\nHonestly, I couldn\u2019t have asked for a better person to help me find my wedding dress! Lauren was so friendly, patient and attentive, and she really understood what I was looking for. I asked for her help in finding something similar to the style I had in mind, and when I tried the dress she suggested, I instantly knew it was the one!\r\nI ended up choosing my wedding dress and veil, and I couldn\u2019t be happier with both my choices and the wonderful service I received. Lauren made the whole experience feel so easy, comfortable and special."

"Hi there - I just wanted to leave some feedback on my visit to your Manchester Arndale store last Saturday 12th September. We arrived around 10am and were greeted by a wonderful lady - not sure on her name but she was so kind and asked so many questions about my big day. She welcomed my mum, sister and niece too and we felt so comfortable from the get go. \r\n\r\nWe were told to have a browse of some dresses whilst the changing rooms were ready and were then passed onto Kelis - and I can't commend her enough. She really listened to what I was saying about each dress and found dresses\/solutions on the spot. I felt so comfortable with her in the changing room, and she was so professional. \r\n\r\nI said yes to the dress and this was all down to Kelis. She truly deserves a massive shout out and recognition. We would've had her join us for celebratory drinks afterwards if she wasn't finishing her shift \ud83d\ude09\r\n\r\nThere was a moment in the changing room where another member of staff asked Kelis what size dress she was looking for (for me), and Kelis was so professional in her response 'what sizes do you have' a comment so small most people wouldn't even realise, but this reinforces how professional she is not revealing a brides size in front of a full changing room. I also really loved how she stood with me and asked me what I thought about the dress before the 'big reveal' when the curtain opened, she would let my family know what I thought of the dress before they gave their opinions - again something so small but had such a big impact. \r\n\r\nIt was my first time trying wedding dresses on, and I said yes to the second dress! (We tried plenty on but the second dress was the one!)\r\n\r\nI just want to say how fantastic she was and what an asset to your team she is. "Bromley wed2b are totally amazing. All the staff are lovely but Aaleayah who helped me was absolutely perfect. I was anxious and terrified to wear a wedding dress but she calmed me down made me feel at ease and her and my daughter made it an experience I'll never forget. Her caring lovely nature was felt. And with that , my first ever look at a dress I found the perfect one and bought it that same day. \r\nThankyou all so much, and Aaleayah for making it a wonderful and happy day. \r\nAnd I never thought the crying moment really happened when you found the right dress but im not ashamed to say I was crying like a baby...happy tears. Megan who welcomed us was so lovely and helped me decide what dress best suited me and I can't wait to wear my dress in my wedding day. Thank you for making my experience do memorable."

"I had the best experience at Wed2b Bolton store with Jorja helping us, she made me feel listened to in what I was saying I liked and wanted about a dress, the first dress she brought over I bought it was perfect she knew exactly what I was looking for! "I visited the Edinburgh Ocean Terminal store and would definitely recommend other brides visit there! For my first visit there, Katy (who was great!) helped me try on dresses, but the stock was a little limited so there wasn't too much in my size and to my taste. I then went back again 2 weeks later and Milly was there to help me find my dress! \r\nI'd say if you're going into the Wed2b stores to look for dresses, try not to look tooo much at the styles online as the stores have a limited selection and they're in random sizes, so there's no way to know what will be in your store. I went in with a list of 7 dresses from the site and only 1 was there in my size! Just head in and see what's there on the day. Also trust the judgement of the assistants - Milly suggested a dress for me that I wouldn't have picked myself (it wasn't in my list of 7!) but that ended up being my dress! The team clearly know the dresses SO well and it makes the process really easy. \r\n\r\nBig thank you to Milly and the lovely store manager (who's name I forgot to ask, but i hope your ankle heals up quick!) who helped me :)"
