“I went in not having a clue about what I style dress to get and was very nervous a lovely lady called Danielle was very chatty and helpful she went through everything with me and listened to my concerns and helped me feel at ease. I found my dress that day and left the shop happy”

“I had jade when i went in there she was lovely, very understanding when i said I'm not sure if i could get the dress i loves as i could be pregnant and would be due a week before we get married and she reassured me that there was lost of space left if i needed it. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time and i managed to find a dress i loved! Thank you jade!”

“Ellie at Cardiff did a fab job helping choose my friends wedding dress. My friend can sometimes get overwhelmed by decisions in a this kind of environment but Ellie was extremely patient and didn't make any fuss or add pressure when she needed 5 minutes away to decompress. In fact everyone in the store was very encouraging of us to take time to make sure we were comfortable. We ended up walking away with a dress, which we didn't expect thanks to the patience and care of Ellie and the rest of the Cardiff team”

“I was really nervous about trying on wedding dresses as I’d never done it before, but Emily made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was warm, patient, and really listened to what I liked, which helped me relax and actually enjoy the experience. Thanks to her guidance, I found my dream dress and left feeling so confident and excited. I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant—thank you, Emily! 💕”

“Wed2be Middlesbrough gave me the full bridal experience whilst maintaining a more than reasonable price, which included all accessories (belt, sleeves, underskirt and veil). The staff were extremely complimentary and made me feel comfortable and confident! Aswell as having the most amazing consultant (Lynsey) I also had the pleasure of having a trainee (lily rose), despite it being her first day and me being her first bride, she was phenomenal, has perfect customer service skills and made my experience so special! I can’t thank them both enough for the experience they gave me and my bridal party!”

“I went to Gateshead store on 8th November with my Mum and sister. Denise had been great as she made sure to find a quieter area of the store as I'm deaf. They had one dress I wanted in stock, so I got to try it on and other similar sparkly dresses and veils with Denise's help. In the end I chose the first dress one size down. I'm happy with the overall experience and Denise's consideration and I've got a gorgeous dress to take home!”

“What a wonderful morning I had choosing my dream dress, Harriet was fantastic and made me feel beautiful and calm. She was great at choosing me a few dresses to try on before I got my dream dress. “I walked in with absolutely zero idea of what I wanted — no vision, no style direction — literally clueless. Hadiya was amazing from start to finish: patient, kind, and so tuned in to what would work for me. She didn’t rush or push anything — just guided me in a really supportive way. And unbelievably, within 45 minutes I found my dress! Honestly, she turned what I expected to be a stressful, overwhelming experience into something genuinely enjoyable. “Grace at Camberley did a wonderful job in helpful me select my perfect dress. This was my third dress shopping experience after going to couple different boutiques and walking out with confusion and liking two contrasting styles. Grace listened to it all and worked through the different styles selecting appropriate dresses to rule out certain ones until settling on the favourite. She was patient and always listening to what I liked (even if I wasn't totally sure myself!). Thank you Grace for helping me finally select my perfect dress :)”
