“Zara was warm and welcoming and really put me at ease. I didn’t know what to expect but she made the whole experience memorable, pushed me outside my comfort zone and really got to understand what I wanted or rather needed. You made the day really special, so thank you 💖”

“I had never been shopping for a bridal dress before. I was welcomed warmly by Lauren and felt right at home. I felt I was listened to and was given time to try on all the dresses I wanted. I found my dream dress and I cannot thank you enough!”

“We went for my sisters shopping day, it was the first shop we went to after booking boutiques later on in the day. Lauren was our shop assistant and made the day absolutely perfect! She made us all feel so comfortable and we found the dress! We ended up cancelling all the other bookings we had”

“Overall amazing experience! The staff was lovely, patient ,listened to my needs and adapted accordingly. They even helped me out to pick a dress I wouldn’t have taken into consideration myself but ended up loving it and taking it home with me! Amazing day with amazing staff very happy.”

“Sample bridesmaid dress in store not the same size as dress ordered online and when didn’t fit after ordering, customer services refused to help or exchange. Shocking customer service - DO NOT USE!”

“Lauryn in the Newquay branch was incredible I couldn’t have asked for anyone more lovely to help me find my dream dress, she was so patient and put me at ease. She listened to everything I said and took note so she could suggest different dresses for me and we ended up finding the one together. It was such an emotional moment and was made more special by having such a support lady helping me. If you visit the Newquay branch and see Lauryn you will be in the best hands, I cannot thank you enough!”

“Wish you could book.an appointment. Went today beautiful dresses and the lady that looked after my daughter was brilliant buttttt we arrived soon after they opened and still had to wait till 12 noon to be seen. Lady in front of my daughter had picked 3 of the dresses that my daughter loved One was her top favorite and the other young lady bought it. Can't blame her she looked stunning in it. But we had spent an hour in the shop chosing before her turn. Other young lady walked in chose what she wanted to try on (all of my daughters favorites ) so I really think although they were great staff it's just unfair the way it panned out. Long time waiting then great disappointment .”

“I went to wed2b on Saturday, it was my first time going to try on dresses. I was nervous and had no idea what to expect. I was greated with happy smiles from all of the staff. We had Deb to help me find my dream dress. I went in thinking I wanted one type of dress and ended up walking out with the opposite thanks to Debs knowledge and experience. We had the best experience and I loved every minute of it. I felt very comfortable after the first few minutes of being there. I would highly recommend anyone visiting wed2b in Shirley.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Wed2B Stoke this morning. I was the first customer of the day so had the whole team to myself which was a real treat. I knew which dress I was looking for (my nearest store didn't have my size) so it was a very smooth appointment. My consultant was Julia who was LOVELY. She made me feel so at home straightaway, and as this was not a planned trip and I was on my own, she felt like an extra family member! Thank you so much!”
