“Pippa was fabulous! She was super friendly when my sister and I arrived and clearly cared deeply about what I was looking for. She pulled some great options (including some wildcards!) But pur me under no pressure to buy anything I didn't love. I was delighted to find my dress! Thanks so much Pippa!”

“What an experience today! ANGEL was absolutely amazing she made the experience for me and mum her customer service is one of a kind! She made me feel so at ease so quickly in to my appointment and her first choice was the dress i chose! Hannah did my fittings and was also amazing, so patient and you can really tell she loves what she does!”

“I found my perfect dress and got to say yes to the dress! It was the most amazing experience and Amelia was the biggest help! She pulled out dresses and each dress was beautiful and we found the one on dress number 2!!! I’m so grateful I had Amelia to help me, she made me feel so at ease, and comfortable, and helped with accessories! So thank you Amelia and the team for the great wedding experience! Can’t wait to get married next year, 367 days to go!”

“From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed. Aly was so understanding, it was quite a journey from the dresses I picked to the end result being a complete different style. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend. Thank you so much!”

“I visited the Swindon branch on Saturday 19th July & I must say the ladies in the shop were absolutely lovely. I had a lovely lady called Amber as my consultant & she went above and beyond for me. She knew what she was talking about & was very friendly & bubbly. I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends that are planning on getting married. Was a fantastic experience and I managed to find my perfect dress too.”

“I had such an incredible experience was. Every single one of the ladies in-store was amazing - so professional, kind, and accommodating. I especially want to highlight my SA, Ruth. She was absolutely incredible - from the moment I arrived, she made me feel safe, beautiful, and completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, and she handled my (fairly large!) group with such grace and warmth. If there’s any way to pass along feedback or recognition to Ruth, I would be so grateful. She truly is a star and an absolute asset to your business! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.”

“Loren is amazing!!! I entered the shop nervous and feeling very negative about myself. I was dreading the experience but Loren really turned that around; and although, my entourage failed to make it about me, she was brilliant. The professionalism was impeccable and how she kept the process on track when my family were being bossy, was insane and so subtle. I went in just wanting to find out what I liked and I came out 2 hours later with my dress. I would never have chosen my dress from the way it looked on the hanger but so grateful Loren knew what she was doing. TOP TIP: Be open with styles and let the team pick dresses for you. They are very talented to know what will work well for you based on how you feel and what you want. They listen and take care of you every step of the way. I am forever grateful to have found my dress so quickly all thanks to Loren.”

“Horrible experience. Visited the store 21st July. Newly engaged and wanted to start getting an idea for what I wanted. Lady on reception was lovely (brown hair) but the lady who ‘helped’ me pick a dress was awful. (Blonde hair tied up with a black bow) Made snide remarks about my size, that I was looking too soon and spent the whole time glaring at me with her arms crossed looking bored. She is in the back of all the photos I got in the 2 dresses she allowed me to try on. Dresses where too big and gave no advise until prompted about if they offered tailoring. Refused to give me an underskirt to see the real effect of the dress as ‘there was no point’ Pushiness to get me out the dress and kept telling me ‘this is someone else’s wedding dress’ (as if it couldn’t be mine?) Only plus side of the experience being it was so bad we left and made an appointment at a boutique near by and I was able to find the and order my dream dress that same day. I assume the member of staff believed we wouldn’t buy anything so felt we were wasting her time. Really ruined my first experience trying on dresses for my big day very glad I was able to go elsewhere.”

“Awful place. No sense of occasion at all. Borderline rude staff and lots of pressure to buy. Hidden extras cost over 150 quid and they don't tell you that there is a no return policy.bread this on receipt after the fact. Save your energy and go somewhere special. Without the hard sale and well hidden extras.”
