“I went to wed2b for the first time yesterday and was met by lovely Kassidy. I was so nervous as it was my first time at a wedding shop. She was amazing and supportive. She listened to all wants, made me feel comfortable in awkward situations and ensured the whole experience was 5*. I even found my dress! Thank you Kassidy!”

“The shopping experience was good, knowledgeable, friendly staff and lots of styles to try, however I will be taking back the underskirt that they convinced me to buy even though the models on the website aren't wearing, and my dress has a split at the front and you can see it! I was also upsold the hanger to hang it on, the bag to put it in and a box to store it in all so unnecessary, in hindsight none of this was required. The dress I chose has detatchable sleeves - when I got home no sleeves in the box, I have phoned customer service, they have sent me an email to answer some questions, one of which being what outcome would I like - how about a complete dress, or some reassurance that sleeves will be sent out to me!? - so far I've heard nothing back.”

“Visited recently to find my wedding dress. I was really looked after by Rylie, she was amazing! I felt she really listened to what I wanted and suggested some amazing dresses. I felt really comfortable changing etc and had a great experience with wed2b.”

“Very helpful! Not 5 stars because I was hoping to have more choice, I was a bit worried because I thought all the dresses were so similar and not enough variety. But they had one that I loved and went for. The girls were so helpful and nice. And no pressure either to buy.”

“I went to the Leeds store today, full of nerves and not knowing what to expect, Amelia put me at ease right away. She was so calming and understanding I felt comfortable straight away. She was knowledgable and really listened to what I wanted. There were no pushy sales tactics, it’s clear she loves her job! And she helped me find my perfect dress, I can’t wait to wear her again on the big day. All the women who work there are so lovely, kind hearted & sweet I’d recommend Wed2B Leeds in a heart beat. “I already had an idea of what I thought I liked, but I never expected to find my dream dress so quickly. The second dress I tried on was the one! I visited on a Thursday afternoon, and the store was nice and quiet. Anine helped me and she was absolutely wonderful: thoughtful, supportive and honest with her opinions. Thank you, Anine, for the lovely service. You made it such a special experience for both me and my mom. To all brides: don’t hesitate, this is the place to go! Beautiful dresses, affordable prices and incredibly kind staff.”

“I was not sure what to expect when I visited my local shop, I had seen some dresses on line from your collection which I loved, and was a little sad that none of these were available to try on in the store, I was brought the dresses to try on as selected by the lady serving me, I was not blown away with any other them, the one I did like I tried on in a size that was too big and they didn’t have a smaller size, I was about to give up hope and then Aqeelah brought out a wild card which I absolutely fell in love with :) the staff are all super friendly and made me feel super comfortable, thank you so much for helping me find my dream dress and for being so patient, my mum and I enjoyed the experience from start to finish and I loved the fact I could take my dress away on the day! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart Amy xx”

“Not happy at all with Wed2b and their services. Visited the Middlesbrough store and had to walk out after 15 minutes. Spoke to a woman named Lynsey, told her my budget of dresses and was told I am best off looking else where. I came to Wed2b with a Tight budget, but I knew If I found the dress I would have put the money there for it. As would my mother in law. Wed2b had been on my eye for a while, I’ve seen dresses I wanted to try on the website. But now I wouldn’t recommend it. To be told I’m best of looking else where is upsetting. Really unhappy with them.”
