“I walked into the store feeling apprehensive and unsure how dresses would look on me, I was paired with Becks and she made me feel at ease instantly! She made me feel seen and heard by showing dresses based on my likes and the first dress which she brought into the room was the one! Not a dry eye. She made me feel so relaxed even with the simple steps such as prepping me getting into the dresses and conversations just flowed! I felt in control and very supported by Becks!”

“Absolutely fabulous experience at this store! Travelled from Liverpool to Cardiff to get my dress, and it was well worth the journey! Shannon was an absolute dream and was happy to assist with every request. All the girls at the store were really helpful and encouraging. Would definitely recommend Wed2Be to all of my friends!”

“Very good experience in the store in Ghent. Rayan was very good in guiding me through the search of finding Thé dress! I have received good explanations and I was immediately at ease 😊 and of course a lovely selection of dresses!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Nikola in the Edinburgh store! I came in with my mum to find a second dress as we need to work around a back injury. Nikola could not have been more lovely, friendly and helpful. She even arranged for a seamstress to sort alterations on a fairly tight timeline! 5+ stars customer service, I felt heard and looked after, and given fantastic advice for the particular circumstances I am in. Brilliant experience and I left with a literal weight off my shoulders and feeling so much less stressed about the big day (which is coming very soon!)”

“Middlesbrough store! Not happy at all. The staff here lie to their customers saying they will get a dress dry cleaned! When really they place the dresses in the washing machine unprotected and wish for the best. Dresses get left on the floor and dumped around. Dresses here are not cheap affordable luxury, I have noticed faults in your dresses, missing buttons, hook and eyes damaged, marks on dresses. I would not want to pay £600+ on a dress for all these faults. The add ons don’t get discussed until the end of the appointment, and after saying yes to my dress I feel pressurised to purchase these items when not necessary. The staff are rude and talk about brides behind their backs, they work on commission and if they don’t receive the numbers to achieve this then they will talk about you badly, and be rude. Staff talk badly about other staff and pretend to be nice, they take over the appointment when they believe they can do it better, the senior in this store was very very pushy when my consultant was lovely! The senior was pressuring me into wearing a tiara and wanting dresses on me that I was uncomfortable with just because she wanted to see it. I believe they are very unprofessional and rude. Will not be coming back to Wed2b or even recommending it to anyone.”

“Went to WED2B on a whim and I’m so glad I did! I was served by Lynsey who took so much effort and time to truly get to know me as a bride to be and honestly I really appreciated that and felt so welcome and calm. “My visit to WED2B Brighton was a fantastic experience from start to finish. For a bride who was apprehensive about wedding dress shopping, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked into the store, the smiley staff put me at ease and made me feel excited as to what was to come. They listened to my idea of my perfect wedding dress and found several dresses in flattering styles to suit my body shape, which can be daunting when you have no idea what suits you. Lou looked after me throughout and made me feel so comfortable, she went above and beyond to assist in finding my perfect dress! Lou listened to every detail I had mentioned and encouraged me try on different styles. Safe to say I found my perfect dress with Lou's help and I couldn't be happier. The reaction from my bridesmaids and family when i showed then the dress said it all! Thank you for such a fantastic experience. Ali”
