Overall the experience was good as I found my dream dress. However, it would be nice if there for drink facilities to be offered as we found this very nice and welcoming in another bridal shop.

I went to the Belfast store the girls were amazing sorry ladies not good remembering name but they really were super,the dress I liked wasn't in the Belfast store but I contacted customer service and they located the dress in Bolton ,well we had a trip planned to Liverpool and Bolton sent the dress to Liverpool shop ,it was perfect,the girl who helped me in the shop was great can't remember her name but I do remember she has an Australian accent and she was just lovely thank you so much wed2b Liverpool and the young Australian girl just perfect

There wasn't any enthusiasm from the staff members. Felt a bit deflated after the experience. It's supose to be an exciting experience.

I cant ignore the fact we waited almost 3 hours to get an appointment. However the staff was so lovely and welcoming. Tammy really knows her stuff and Alexandra was very professional.

When we arrived we were told that I could try on as many dresses as needed until I found "the one" so obviously I felt reassured. However as the store got busier, due to it being 'no appointment necessary' the assistant, when asked if I could try on a dress previously seen but left behind as I could only take 4 into the dressing room at a time, said that if it wasn't too busy that was fine but if it wasn't I wouldn't be able to. I did try that dress on and it ended up being the one I purchased. Had it been "too busy" I would not have able to try on the dress and possibly would've left empty handed. I feel that you really do need to be booking appointments to avoid disappointed brides in the future. Also when we paid, they put a hanger and a robe on the counter, when my mum asked if we got a robe they made it sound like they were complimentary which of course was very exciting. However when we paid we realised that actually you paid for those. This was another £26 which I understand in the scheme of things isn't a lot but you do need to be more transparent about the fact they you do in fact charge for those extras. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but felt those areas could be improved on for future brides.

Tried on some lovely dresses in the shop, the lady helping me was really helpful and really nice, she make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Only downside is the lady who packed my dress had a lot of make up in and got this on the inside of my dress near the neck line and all over the bag which we didn’t notice until we left. None of my wedding party had make up on so it is the only place it could of come from

Girls were very high skilled in finding an suitable selection of dresses and the dresser was very professional However the atmosphere was not relaxed more rushed There was no water at the fountain,, so it was quite uncomfortable thirsty work. We did feel rushed and quite pressurised to make a decision quicker than I wanted to and have ended up buying accessory's I didn't actually need. On on 2nd though want.

Good, attentive staff who guided our visit and weren't too pushy on sales. Only limitation was the number of bridesmaids dresses. Appreciate you can't have all styles in all sizes and colours but could perhaps have each style in two sizes in each colour (small and big sizes to cover all). In the colour I wanted there were no dresses larger than a 12, however both my bridesmaids were larger than this so was tricky to get a feel for the colour on them.

Started with a fairly long wait, though on a comfy sofa. There was a water fountain but no cups and I was not offered a drink nor told where I could get one by the staff member who showed us where to wait. I would have liked to go around looking at dresses with my mum rather than just me and the member of staff (will keep anonymous because she was lovely and clearly good at her job in this place) but wasn't really given the option. Although the member of staff had a good eye for detail and a great personality, they neglected to mention that a deposit could be put down to hold a dress for a short time period and that I actually would have had time to go away and think about it. We were told they weren't allowed to put items on hold and found out about the deposit option later that night. As a result, I felt mildly pressured to buy and to go with the added accessories to complete the look. Whilst it was a gorgeous dress, it wasn't what I want for my day and I ended up having an anxiety attack over it when I got home and returning it all the next day. I didn't feel I could speak up in the store as things seemed to move so quickly. On reflection, it felt much less personal than other experiences I've had so far. I also feel that the staff member wasn't really listening to me, for example, jumping to the conclusion that I didn't want a sweetheart neckline when I'd never even mentioned it, mistaking my wedding date for August not May and calling my mother 'mum to be' all the time. They did write a lovely little note at the end which was very nice of them and I do think they were a really nice person so I feel a bit bad pointing out the flaws, I just have to be honest. Not the kind of experience I wanted but if you're in to that show 'Say yes to the dress' then I guess it's a quick and easy way to find something.

We visited WED2B Surbiton and Bromley. Because It was my first time trying on Bridal Dresses. *Bromley staff (Charlotte) was way more helpful, and giving advices. I bought my Bridal dress here. *Surbiton staff(forgot her name) was not communicating, I have to talk to her first before she talks. Anyway, both Shops were full of dress, you can choose lots and try on. They have both accommodating receptionists. Thank you!

Louise was lovely and helpful even though we walked into the store late. She helped accessories my dress & gave great service even though we past Closing time slightly. I give 3 stars solely because of the store manager. She is meant to be even nicer but her service was terrible, she responded to us with arrogance and it was frankly disappointing as my mum and godmother also thought so. She was not helpful and didn't add to our joyful moment of finding a dress. All credit goes to Louise.

I didn't feel like the consultant got to know me, she didn't ask any questions. I felt like she was getting fed up of me trying different dresses on. When she went her her break another ladies took over, asked question about me and my fiance and described each dress and got to know what I really wanted .

I visited two wed2B stores the first was Rotherham where the staff were really helpful and lovely, the second was hull where the First Lady who served me was quite abrupt at times made us feel very rushed which I put down to it nearly being the end of her shift I asked for a specific hoop to try and she told me they didn’t have them. After going for a drink to decide which dress I was going to buy I went back to the hull store and was served by another lady who was amazing and I asked her about the hoop and she went and got me one straight away. I love my dress, however I was quite disheartened that a lot of the dresses on the website were not in stock at either store I went with a list of at least 12 dresses on the website and only had 4 or 5 in either store. Also was told by customer services that as covid rules had been relaxed we could browse the dresses our self however when in store was told we couldn’t browse/ touch the dresses.

I felt like the staff went off their own back to find dresses that was to big for me to try of which clearly was a problem because the bust area of the dresses I tried on was far to big and slightly larger at the back when needed tieing up I just wish I had mentioned something

My shopping experience was in the Nottingham store and I have mixed reviews. The assistants were all lovely, although untrained (I was told to put the dresses overy head, and got myself into a right mess trying to get them on). The manager, and who I believe to be the assistant manager (or the most experienced of the assistants - Rose), were too pushy with all of the accessories that I didn't want. Don't get me wrong, they did a good job of convincing me on the day, but I took all accessories back out of feeling pressured into buying them and reflecting on my experience. Furthermore, Rose was very condescending to a new assistant in front of me, which I thought was very unprofessional. The sales patter is awful, and it is noticeable that there are particular lines that the assistants have to say in order to convince you that you need an accessory. I went to the shop on 3 occasions and the 3 different assistants that I saw all said exactly the same lines in order to up sell. I didn't expect buying a wedding dress to be like ordering a McDonald's with the upselling (not that McDonald's even do this anymore). I love the dress that I bought (thanks), but again, the manager convinced me to buy a size that was far too big for me (because my size was not in their shop), and after seeing a seamstress, I was advised to return the dress. I then had to order the correct size for myself and get it sent to Nottingham. All in all, a bit stressful and I felt conned by the sales people. If the heavy sell wasn't there, I may have gone back for my bridesmaid dresses, but I don't want to go back to the Nottingham store again. When an assistant tells you that a single tier and a double tier will look exactly the same (just because the edging I wanted was only available in single tier), then you really have to question the sincerity in what people are saying. I would advise people to shop at wed2b, but I would send them with a warning of what to look out for - and that is people lying to your face in order to reach targets.

I purchase Bridesmaid dresses first and the lady that served me was exceptional and was really helpful, nothing too much trouble, however when I went for the Wedding dress it was all about selling and piling on the accessories which I was considering anyway.

Very much felt like a conveyor belt type experience, not the most personable at all. I was told I was only able to try on a certain amount of dresses ( I believe it was 4) then I would need to go back to the sofas to be placed at the back of the queue to wait for others to use the dressing rooms. I was fine with this until my mother and bridesmaid later told me that the lady opposite me kept getting new dresses brought to her, far more than the 4 I was allowed. I was also disappointed that a lot of the dresses displayed on the website were ‘last season’ and were not available- so the hours I spend collating a list of dresses I wanted to try on were not available; not in my size; and unavailable at other stores. In the end I went to a bridal outlet shop which was a fantastic, personable experience, I bought my wedding dress there.

Ordered bridesmaids dresses in April still haven’t arrived date pushed by twice and may not of arrived in time for my wedding, although I have now opted for a refund on the order Charli in the customer care team went above and beyond for me constantly checking stock in the warehouse and calling or emailing me to update me on the situation Charli thank you for all your help

I like the concept of no appointments necessary but did find it a bit if a wait. Could not fault the service of the staff throughout, they were amazing. Thank you for your time Talulah at the Chelmsford branch. Unfortunately I did not find the dress but it helped me decide what style I prefer.
