“Melissa is een toppertje van een verkoopster! Ze stelde mij meteen gerust en assisteerde mij enorm. Haar aanpak en tips spreken aan en toch laat ze volledig je persoonlijke voorkeur behouden. Ze is ook enorm sociaal iemand waarbij ik mij volledig op mijn gemak voel! ze is een echte aanrader ik beveel haar echt aan. Met haar aan je zij heb je de droomjurk voor de mooiste dag van je leven! Ze luistert ook aandachtig naar je wensen waardoor de eerste DE jurk is. Heel tevreden klantje hier!!”

“I was extremely disappointed with my visit. Being a plus size bride wearing a size 20, I had previously emailed to check that they stocked plus size dresses, to which they said they have lots of different dresses and designs that cater for all sizes, I felt positive. Upon my arrival I said I was open to trying on all different styles of dresses. I instantly felt the up-sale of a hoop for under a dress, I knew I didn’t need this and it also didn’t feel comfortable. The second dress, the lady had to ask another colleague to come and squeeze me into the dress, she said that the dress was a size smaller than I had said but she said we could try it. The lady sarcastically said “you don’t want to breath anyway do you” the dress didn’t do up at the back and I have never felt so embarrassed in my life, standing there with the ladies trying to sell me that exact dress that didn’t at all fit me. After the 3rd dress the lady said “we only have one more in your size” what 4 dresses in the whole shop? Leaving there I felt so deflated, embarrassed, ugly and enormous, definitely not the way that I expected my first wedding dress shopping to go. Would NOT recommend to anyone.”

“I was put completely at ease by Jess in the Newcastle Gateshead store when I called to speak to someone earlier today. Jess was really friendly, calm and professional when I spoke with her and she was also really helpful. I am now less nervous about calling in to store and also now have more confidence about finding a dress in time for my September 2026 wedding! Thank you Jess!”

“I visited the Chelmsford branch, and got greeted by and dealt with by Chloe - she was amazing! I was already so anxious stepping into the store for the 1st time, but she made me feel at ease and comfortable. I tried on a few dresses, I didn't feel very comfortable to start with, but she was so reassuring and helpful, not pushy at all. She pulled a few more, with some of the details I was looking for on the dress and I thought I found the one as there was one dress that I kept looking at. She then went out and got 2 more, and that was it, everything I was looking for in the dress, I'm so glad she went back and got those last dresses as that was it, she found me my dress! I can't recommend Chloe enough, she made me feel so comfortable, she was so bubbly and really wanted to help, and I'm so glad that I had her for my 1st wedding dress experience - she made it a great one and anyone would be lucky to have her help them choose their wedding dress. Thank you x”

“I recently purchased my dress from the Glasgow store and the staff member couldn't have been any nicer. I was nervous at first but was out at ease by Rushanda who is a credit to the store and company. She was amazing with me and made me feel amazing and at ease with everything. I had the best day. “I went to Wed2be in Brighton to choose my wedding dress on their busiest Saturday of the year. All the ladies working in the store were so welcoming and professional. My personal assistant was Elsa, and despite the busy-ness of the store Elsa made me feel like the only bride there. I never felt rushed or in any way inconvenienced by the other bridal parties in the store. The store is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Elsa explained to us how the shop worked, and her knowledge of the dresses in the store was impeccable. Elsa had a real eye to pick out dresses for me to try on, and she was so friendly. I didn't enter the shop thinking I would find my dream dress, but I did! Wed2be has cornered a real gap in the market with their business model, and it works. I would give Wed2be Brighton 6 stars if I could. Amazing service, I strongly recommend.”

“I said yes to my dress today at Glasgow. We had Brynne helping and honestly she was amazing. Also Michelle was fantastic both went above and beyond to make me feel amazing never thought I would find my dress on my first visit. Price was fantastic too cant wait to wear my dress on my big day in August 😍”

“Hello we went to web2B in Chesham this morning 25th January 2026 to buy bridesmaids dresses we came away with 3 gorgeous dresses which the bride and the girls were highly delighted with . We were served by Rachel who was just perfect no pressure she left us to ponder She brought all the different styles nothing was too much trouble thank you Rachel you made our day very easy. “I went to the Bristol store with a few ideas of what was looking for but I was fully open to trying on anything just in case. We were welcomed and greeted by a lovely polite and friendly lady (sorry I can't remember your name) she told us all about what we were to expect of our time at Wed2b and then showed us all around the store and all the different designers also giving us a rundown down of he different styles of each designer. We then waited for the next available expert on the comfy sofa area and we honestly didn't have to wait as long as we thought. Kim then called my name and she was an absolute breath of fresh air and clearly very passionate about her job and finding just the right dress! Like I said I really don't know for sure what sort of dress I wanted so Kim asked me some questions and then went to find some dresses to try on. Each dress was lovely and Kim was great at explaining each one and made a big deal with each reveal. She asked me how I felt about each one and fully listened to our thoughts and opinions, she asked me to trust her and then when she came with the third dress well I could have been happier!!! It was stunning and without knowing before it was exactly what I wanted! It had everything I asked for and more! Not once was prices of dresses mentioned, not once did I feel pushed into a sale, no trying to push accessories ob me even though I did try some on, the whole experience was so lovely and relaxed!! I came away with a stunning dress, underskirt, storage boxes for a lot less money than I had expected. Thank you Wed2be Bristol and a huge thank you to Kim, not for just making me feel special but for taking a weight off my shoulders and I know I'm going to feel like a princess on my wedding day!!”

“The moment we walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly really helped put my nerves at ease. We then got a little time to browse some of the dresses before meeting the amazing Tyra who took the time to get to know us and what our vision was. Trying on the dresses was lovely Tyra took the time to listen to what needs we had and really took that on board when showing us our options. After trying several dresses on we found the one where I got to take centre stage and see how it moves and feels. We tried several different accessories as well. Another consultant (apologies we didnt get your name) came over to share in our special moment which was so amazing to share our joy further! Everyone was simply so amazing and we will be recommending you guys to everyone in future as well as will be returning with bridesmaids to try on some of your bridesmaid dresses. Just to set off our perfect experience when we got home we opened the box and there was a beautiful hand written note from Tyra. Thank you so much to everyone in the Nottingham store for making such a nerve-wracking experience so calm and exciting.”

“I went in today wait a vague idea of what I thought I wanted and might like in a dress for a small wedding in a registry office, with a meal after and possibly then a garden style family party on another day. I was helped by Tahlia, who had a good knowledge of the dresses and really listened to what I wanted! The first dress she brought out was perfect and although I tried on several other dresses in different styles it’s true what they say, when you find the dress you know it’s the one! Tahlia gave me plenty of time in the dress and was amazing! I left with a dress and as I every happy bride to be! I went to the Surbiton branch although Tahlia said she normally works at the Bromley branch!”

“Ich wurde heute von der lieben Maya beraten und es wahr meine erste Anprobe. Man wurde direkt sehr freundlich empfangen und die Dame wusste wie man einem etwas die Nervosität nehmen kann. Die Beratung wahr super ,sehr kompetent und man hat sich sehr wohl Gefühlt . Es gab eine entspannte Atmosphäre und es wurde sich viel Zeit genommen um ausgiebig zu beraten und auch das richtige zu finden . So bin ich heute fündig geworden und hab durch die liebe Maya mein Traumkleid mitnehmen dürfen . Vielen Dank an für diese tolle Beratung ,ich kann es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. 5 Sterne :)”
