I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter purchased a dress and accessories, paper and box from Rotherham store. Upon opening the box when she went for alterations there were visible marks all over the dress. I raised concerns with customer services who at first were apologetic and asked for us to return the dress to store to have it cleaned. After a few more emails they then retracted in this and are not willing to help at all. As the lady before - I suggest you check your items before they pack away as they are unwilling to help afterwards. Total disrespectful company - avoid!

I visited the Rotherham store today. They were all lovely, welcoming and easy to talk to. I felt no pressure to buy. I was a bit guttered as the dress i wanted from the website, they didnt have my size. I looked at the dresses on the rails, beautiful but not in my size. Then i found my dress, my size, the only one. I tried it on, i instantly fell in love with it. My consultant, Lana, was lovely, made me feel at ease. She took on board everything i said. I tried on another dress, but i knew i loved the one i had, so i didnt try on anymore. Thanks to you all.

I had a genuinely awful experience with Wed2Be in Milton Keynes and would strongly advise others to avoid. I purchased a dress and was assured at the time of purchase that the dress and underskirt would be properly checked before being packed. However, when I tried it on at home just a few days later, I found visible marks across the dress and underskirt, as well as a loose button on the dress. I reported this immediately and returned to the store, but the way the situation was handled was extremely concerning. Initially they were very hostile and asserted the fact they do not issue refunds. I argued the fact the items were faulty and therefore eligible for a refund under their policy. The items were taken away from me into a separate room, and I was not asked to point out the marks at that time. Later, when I was finally asked to show the issue, the underskirt presented to me no longer had the marks that were clearly there before. She had swapped it out for a different underskirt. This is seriously concerning and shows they are a dishonest company lacking any integrity. Although a refund for the dress was eventually given, this only happened after I had to push for it. I was also unable to get a refund for the faulty underskirt, and am also now left with the underskirt. sleeves and a veil for a dress I now no longer have. On top of this, additional charges for boxes, bags and hangers were added without ever being explained or agreed. When I raised this, I was told I would have been told about them which is simply untrue. I was with 5 other people on the day who can also confirm they were not mentioned at any point. Being made to feel I was being dishonest, rather than having my concerns taken seriously, was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the boxes and bags themselves have an extremely unpleasant smell so can’t even be used. Overall, the service was defensive, dismissive and lacked transparency throughout. Instead of resolving a clear issue, I was made to feel like the problem. This is not the level of service anyone should expect when purchasing something as important as a wedding dress. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Visited the baker Street store, was warmly welcomed by the manager. Later on I was assisted by the lovely and amazing customer assistant Hannah, who listened to what I was looking for, she talked me through the whole process. She spotted exactly what I was looking for in no time, she was very kind, patient, so professional, everyone was at ease with her, it's so great to have such great customer service while shopping for something that special. I definitely recommend 100% and it is also quite affordable and good quality.

The staff at the Birmingham wed2b store are extremely polite, friendly and most of all very professional. The whole experience of my daughter choosing her wedding dress was very happy and relaxed experience. Thank you Jenni and Katie xx

FAO Manchester Branch I recently visited your Manchester store with my bridesmaids on Saturday to try on wedding dresses for the first time. This was a special, pre-planned day for us all, and given our busy schedules, it was something we had really been looking forward to. Sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing, and it makes me genuinely upset that what should have been a memorable and exciting milestone is now something I would rather forget. From the outset, the experience did not meet expectations. We arrived at around 12pm, and prior to this, I had contacted your customer care team who advised that if appointments were not immediately available, my name could be taken and I would receive a message when a consultant was free. However, upon arrival, a staff member named Ocean informed us that this was not how the Manchester store operates, and that I had been misinformed. She explained that this system had been trialled previously but was discontinued after two weeks. Instead, we were told we would need to wait in-store until someone became available, which could potentially take hours. We decided to leave and return later, and fortunately, when we came back, we were seen relatively quickly. My consultant was Ocean, who asked whether I was looking to purchase or just browsing. I explained that this was my first time trying on dresses and I was simply trying to get a feel for different styles. I also showed her several dresses I had favourited online, though she advised that around half of them were not available in-store. The most upsetting part of the experience occurred shortly after I began trying on dresses. After trying on just one dress, I changed back into the fitting area, wearing only my underwear, with the consultant present. At that point, she informed me that the appointment would have to be ended immediately as I had apparently marked the dress with tan. She then went on to explain that due to store policy, and because consultants work on commission, they would not be able to sell the dress that day and would instead need to spend time cleaning it. I found this incredibly embarrassing and upsetting. Many brides-to-be wear some form of tan, and if this policy is enforced so strictly that it results in appointments being abruptly terminated, it should be made very clear in advance. As mentioned, I had contacted customer care beforehand and nothing was raised, and I have also seen no clear information about this policy on your website. Given that I had made it clear from the start that I was browsing rather than buying on the day, I cannot help but feel that this influenced the decision to end my appointment so quickly, possibly to prioritise other customers. If so, this is extremely disappointing, as wedding dress shopping should not feel driven by commission in this way. Overall, this was a very upsetting experience that was handled poorly and lacked both sensitivity and professionalism. What should have been a special and memorable day was unfortunately ruined.

I visited hinkley wedding shop today. I was greeted by a lady called Sophie Walker. I was so nervous about the day. Instantly Sophie came over with a smile and giggling made me feel instantly at ease. I explained how I had lack of confidence in myself. Within minuets of trying my first dress on that was it I was a completely different person. Nothing I said was ever a burden she was running up and down the shop to find a perfect dress and scratched that itch with each dress I chose for different reasons. The dress I chose was completely different to what I had in mind. The ladies at hinkley are always there too boost you, and make you feel so comfortable. I had a hiccup with the budget I had in mind and went over but Sophie was amazing. She had an amazing sense of reading a person. Behind the curtain we giggled so many times, she knew when I needed a moment before opening the curtain. I honestly couldn’t thank her enough for making my experience the best. You can truly tell these women enjoy what they do. I brought the Aimee dress I suppose it was ment to be as I’m called ami to. I will forever remember my experience at wed2b not only for all the ladies working there but for Sophie picking me up and making me feel stunning. So thank you

I visited the Stoke store this weekend and was met by the lovely Grace- she explained everything in detail and was so amazing throughout the whole experience, you could tell she just wants to see girls feeling happy and confident in a dress they love! Cannot fault the experience we had at all- the atmosphere felt amazing with consultants and even other brides all complimenting each other. The store has such a warmth to it. Thank you!

Great customer service, from moment we walked in the door. We were taken to our fitting space by the lovely Sophie P, after a brief conversation regarding what I wanted. Sophie collected my first dress, it was a style I had seen but was unsure it would suit, 5 dresses later I decided it was the one, and made my purchase. Sophie was very knowledgable about all the dresses and made me feel at complete ease.

I had a fantastic experience today at wed2b at Swansea, the girls made me feel comfortable as I was unsure what I wanted, and there service is fantastic couldn’t do enough for me , the price of my dress and accessory was just perfect, you made my journey looking for a dress brilliant and unforgettable, thank you again x

Rude unhelpful staff. Not greeted on arrival, and not told we had to check in an wait for a assistant to view dresses. Started walking around show room, then informed we need to check in and taken back to reception. In this time another group had arrived (after us!) and we're waiting to check in with receptionist. We checked with shop assistant but the receptionist informed us the other group (which arrived after us!) Were now first and we would have to wait 45min until another assistant was free to view dresses! No apology at any point for the confusion, staff were rude and unfriendly, did not stay and try on any dresses! Dreadfully customer service from staff would NOT recommend!

Visited the Stoke store and cannot thank the assistants enough, soon as we walked in we had a warm welcome and put my nerves to ease straight away. Our assistant Julia was amazing from the start to finish, her knowledge was amazing and nothing was too much trouble having tried on 5 dresses the first one was the one! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS, I went to the wed2b store in London the Baker Street location and what a magical wonderful experience. The beautiful ladies made me feel a million dollars. Jane was so warm and welcoming when we arrived. A huge thank you to Rachel who helped me find the dress of my dreams. The store manager was fantastic. Arrived at wed2b yesterday with our beautiful bride. The wait for an appointment was a flawless system. Rebecca helped the bride find the perfect dress for her. She was fun and so knowledgeable and made the experience perfect. She was just amazing. We had the best day.

I came to the Milton Keynes store today and was assisted by Claudia, where do I start?! The experience from the moment we stepped foot into the store was like no other. She was absolutely incredible. I was so nervous and anxious before my visit but within minutes she reassured me and made me feel so comfortable. The experience was like no other and to top the visit off I said ‘Yes to the dress’ ❤️ I would absolutely recommend Wed2Be to any future brides out there. Service was faultless and all of the staff were amazing.
