“I went to the Exeter store today on my own and was absolutely amazing by the kindness & expertise of everyone in the store. I had the very lovely Joss help me find my perfect dress (and one I didn’t not think I would pick either!), she made me feel so comfortable, confident & calm. Most importantly, she was my biggest hype lady which made the experience even better considering I was on my own. The lovely Megan also joined us to help my indecisive self finally pick a dress. Their service & expertise is second to none. I will absolutely be recommending wed2b Exeter to everyone in the future!”

“I went into the Stoke store today with my best friend who is also my maid of honour, the ladies in the store were so helpful and amazing from the moment I walked in. I tried one dress on liked it but wasn’t wowed, so Lauren went off to look for another dress for me and came back with the most AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL dress ever. From the moment I put it on I absolutely knew I needed that dress, I FaceTimed my mum to see what she thought and she was wowed as well. The dress is like a princess dress and is beyond beautiful, thank you to Lauren for helping me find my dream dress.”

“Had a fantastic experience, Libby was so helpful and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I came twice as couldn't decide on the first visit, but everyone was lovely both times. Would 100% recommend for a wonderful experience”

“Great time at to wed2b Stoke! Felt welcomed and comfortable trying on a range of expertly chosen and stunning dresses. I was Lauren’s first solo client and she was fab - really put me at ease for my first wedding dress shopping experience and was super friendly and considerate!! “My daughter and I visited here last Saturday. She has already found her dream dress, but needed a veil. We were greeted with a very lovely lady with a welcoming smile on her face. She was still as gracious even after she was aware we were not 'dress' shopping. She quickly brought their stick for us to view. Wecwere astonished at the reasonable price and made our purchase. She wrapped it perfectly and gave us advice on how to take any creases out that may occur on transport. First class service. If yiur wedding dress shopping please go here first.”

“I recently came to this gateshead store to try on some wedding dresses, after already visiting a couple of other stores in newcastle, so already having had positive experiences else where, so hoping to have the same here, for me to be made to feel extreamly uncomfortable and quite upset when i left this store. I lasted about 25 minutes in this store before walking out! Straight away i did get an odd vibe from the stores assistent who was helping me, but this was most likely how they have been trained to be, overly friendly i guess to sell the dresses, but it was just coming off as a bit awkward so I didnt quite gel straight away with it but wasnt a problem really. She started to explain how the store worked, with the dresses being off the rack, and said that she would go away and pick dresses for me and then i could try on what she thinks i would like from the brief description i provided her, but when i responded, could i not look myself and choose what i would like to try on from what i like, she responded quite short with "Well thats not how we usually do things here! But ok" so quite reluctent to let me but followed us around to keep pulling out dresses she thought i would like to try on. When I explained i only have about 1 hour and a half, as i have plans a little later in the day, and that i was just hoping to try on a few i liked in this time, she said "well we normally need at least 2 / 3 hours" as if to say this was a problem me only wanting to stay 1 hour 30. However this place advised on their website there was no booking appointments! Just come any time, So i felt like it shouldnt be a problem how long i visited for! So i was made to feel uncomfortable about how long i was going to stay straight away which did not feel good! So already giving me off vibes that i was not really allowed to look myself and now being made to feel like im not really welcome if i only have 1 hour 30 minutes viewing, baring in mind in the previous places i had been too, 1 hour and 30 minutes was plenty of time for me before so i didnt think this was too short for me but was given that impression it was from them, this started to feel less of an exciting experiance. After I agreed to try on a dress she picked, she escorted me to the fitting room, where she had advised i would need to wear an underskirt due to how heavy the dresses were, and asked also if i was wearing make up, which i was and handed me a face net! To put on over my face! Baring in mind no other dress shop had me do this, so i thought this was a bit much! As i tend to step into the dresses rather than put them on over my head! So did not think this would be needed but took it and would have used it if required, so this was not a problem but i didnt love the idea of this to be honest but do get why they asked. When i walked into the changing room, with my maid of honor, as she was going to help me in and out of the dresses, just like she had in other shops, without issue, the assistent looked at me funny and came into the changing room behind us and closed the curtains and said "i have never had a bridesmaid in the fitting room with me before!". I was a bit shocked she just came straight in, and i said, that i wouldnt feel too comfortable with her in here while im only in my underwear so would like it if my bridesmaid could put the dress on me, (which would of been to the point i was covered) and not her if possible, as that wouldnt make me comfortable if she did it, with me only being in my underwear and thinking this would be ok! To be told "well no thats not how we do that here! I would have to be in here with you", and looking at my face drop she went, ok well i will stand outside. Thinking it was then ok to do it this way, I started to undress, and without saying anything she then ran to get her manager! And then proceeded to pull the curtain open before waiting to see if it was ok by me that she did that! To find me half undressed and my face in shock, to close the curtain and say "sorry ive spoken to my manager and your not allowed to be in here without me in here!!" And then when i said but i wouldnt be comfortable with undressing in front of you, and hearing the manager outside just saying very shortly! "Well you cant be in there without her!" No discussion, no introduction to me or trying to make me comfortable in any other way! Just short with me and speaking through the curtain, not waiting for me to come out!, it was 100% their way or no way! And just making me feel so uncomfortable, i just said thats ok then i will leave. Overall i had the worst experiance in this store. I understanding to an extent they have a way they like to do things but when you dont really have room for compromise for the Bride looking for what dresses she likes, without being made to feel like thats a problem, making someone feel uncomfortable for even just wanting to look at some themselves and not trying to make sure she is 100% comfortable with the way the dresses are put on by a shop assistent and not allowing a friend or family member do this to a point is really not great, even just so they are covered and then they can do the zip/buttons etc is just an awful way of doing things in my opinion. Others may feel totally different but i did not love the way things were done here or the way i was made to feel for the whole experiance. And the fact the manager didnt even try to talk to me about any of this was even worse!”

“As soon as we walked in town door we were made so welcome. Rhea sat with Alice the bride and asked what she was looking for. Alice had an idea in mind, however with Reah knowledge and guidance Alice chose a completely different type of dress. The dress was packed beautifully. The whole experience was amazing. Definitely recommend x”

“I went to the wednesbury shop yesterday and was seen to by the amazing Taylor. She listened to what I had in mind and really found dresses that fit my body and made me look amazing and feel amazing. She helped calm my nerves and made me feel so special during the whole experience. The shop was beautiful and the ladies all helped make it a lovely experience for me as well as the guests I brought along. The first dress I tried on was the one for me and it blew me away so much. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you to all the ladies for your help and of course I said yes to a dress.”
