“Visited Wed2Be today at Wednesbury and had the most perfect experience! The whole team were lovely and so welcoming. Aiysha was nothing short of amazing, she pulled out a variety of dresses that I would have never chosen myself or imagined myself in- yet made me feel so beautiful in everything I tried on. I came away so thrilled and confident with my dress and now I can't wait to wear it on my Wedding Day. Would highly recommend!”

“Liora at the Baker Street branch was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Thank you Liora! I made a mad dash up to the shop when I found out they seemed to be the only shop within two hours of where I live with a dress I'd seen online in my size. Liora managed to squeeze me in, despite the shop being really busy. She didn't rush me, and gave good advice.”

“Visited the Manchester store yesterday with my best friend with no intention of buying or finding a dress, just went for a browse. The ladies were so lovely and welcoming in the shop and really made me feel at ease, I hadn’t been to a bridal shop before and hadn’t tried any other dresses on. They explained how the shop worked and my styles / preferences and it was really lovely relaxed experience. Louise was so professional but friendly and really made the experience for me a 10/10. Really thankful for her help in finding ‘the dress’!!”

“I said yes to the dress today and was supported by the lovely Ruby. “I was very nervous about trying on a dress for the first time but Maddie from the Glasgow Forge location couldn’t have made the process easier. She made sure me and my mom were comfortable every step of the way. Being a curvy bride I wasn’t sure I’d find a style that complimented me but Maddie really listened to what I was looking for and found something that made me feel beautiful. I didn’t think the process of finding the one would be so easy but the service we experienced made it a breeze. Would recommend to any bride 🫶🏻💞”

“I visited the Leeds shop with my friend, who is also getting married. While the receptionist and Ruby were lovely, my experience with Harriet was deeply unprofessional. Not only did she struggle to find dresses we had just seen, but she also made the environment incredibly uncomfortable. She asked us an intrusive and inappropriate question about our sexual orientation, judged my minimalist style, and told my friend it was "too early" to look for her May 2027 wedding—effectively losing the shop a potential sale. She appeared bored, offered no help with clips to show fit, and rushed me by clearing away accessories (like gloves) the second I took them off. When I asked if a larger dress could be altered, she made no effort to get a clear answer. I had to call the seamstress myself to get the confirmation she wouldn't provide and come back on another day. I only returned to buy my dress because I loved the gown and Ruby provided much better service later on, but we really just wanted to get the dress and leave. I hope management addresses Harriet’s attitude, as she nearly ruined what should have been a special moment.”

“We visited the wed2b in Wrexham and had the most amazing visit. The girls were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away. The girl who helped us Amy was absolutely wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and super lovely. She really made my experience special! The price was super reasonable and I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone.
