“I visited the Chelmsford store and was served by Amy and Chloe. I had actually picked up a dress from another shop the Wednesday before, but I absolutely hated it! The very first thing I said to them was, "My wedding is in two weeks." This did not phase them at all. In under two hours, I had bought a beautiful new dress, and they had even booked me in with a seamstress for the following day. As a 51-year-old mature bride, I was so stressed, but they completely calmed me down. I cannot thank them enough!”

“We’d 2 be Hinkley made buying my dress back in February such a great and pleasant experience, I had my heart set on one dress I’d tried on 8months prior to my visit to get my dress but I’d lost quite a bit of weight, said dress now did not sit or fit right and my heart was deflated and I was back at no idea at what I wanted. I’d already picked a few I’d like to also try and a mega wild card choice way out of my comfort zone, None of the ones on my list felt special or I didn’t feel comfortable in them until the wild card dress it was perfect and reflected what I was looking for as a not so younger lady renewing her vows in Cyprus on the beach. I felt a million dollars and my dress was complemented so many times throughout the day and by guests at the hotel after also My only gripe is the dress boxes(they are not cheep) the zip and the handle broke on mine so ended up with just the dress bag to return to the uk ! And had to trust that it wouldn’t get lost in the hold on the return journey thankfully it got back home safely.”

“I cannot praise Amelia at wed2be Leeds highly enough. I was very nervous going in and her calm, laid back energy was exactly what I needed. She got such a great sense of what I wanted and found me a dress I ended up saying yes to. As someone who is neurodivergent, I really appreciated that she gave me space to think and explained everything so clearly and patiently. An absolute star”

“I called the shop prior to going specifically to make sure they had a selection of the style of dress I wanted to try on. The lady who I spoke to assured me they had plenty of choice of that style. I live an hour away from Manchester Arndale so it was important I wasn't going to have a wasted journey. I arrived at the shop only to be told they didn't have what I'd seen advertised on their website. I asked if their other stores would be able to help? Unfortunately, their only other shop that could help was based in Carlisle and they were unable to have that dress sent to Manchester for me to try on. What a complete and utter waste of time I had.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. As our bridal dresses are sold off the peg, stock does frequently change throughout the day. As such, we are unable to guarantee certain styles will be available when you visit. However, as we do get regular deliveries full of brand new dresses throughout the month there is always something incredible for you to try on. “Absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff were so lovely and full of compliments. Danii was amazing and made the whole process so special for myself, my mum, and my bridesmaids. It was meant to be a little try on session before returning to choose the one but I ended up finding my dream dress within the first few that I tried, carefully picked out by Danii. She was just fab and so friendly, she made me feel really at ease especially with lots of emotions flying around. Thank you so much for a gorgeous experience that we will always remember ❤️”

“We visited the Stoke store. The team were super helpful. Kellisa really made it a fantastic experience. The first visit I tried on multiple dresses to help narrow down but sadly didn't find the one. Then on a second visit they had one of the styles that I was very keen on and after trying it on. Kellisa could see that although I liked the dress I was still slightly hesitant. She asked what was making me hesitate and I described my concern she then went and grabbed a sleeve/ strap options which resolved the concerns I had. The only thing I would advise a bride to be is if you have space I would leave your dress hung in it's protective bag rather than getting the storage box. After the wedding I had my dress professionally cleaned and boxed, many places have very beautiful storage boxes that I think are better quality than the wed2be one. Other than that small thing which I know may also be personal preference I would 100% recommend wed2be for both service and quality of the dresses for the price. We went to a couple other bridal stores and I couldn't justify the cost of the dress when looking at the quality that were with my budget. The seamstress that's was recommended was also fantastic and the dress fitted perfectly after the alteration. Thank you x”

“After changing my mind about the wedding dress I bought last weekend at the wed2b Glasgow forge , I got in touch with customer services and they found me a dress I had seen on the website , I went back to the forge Glasgow store. and Honour couldn’t have been happier to help me and reassure me that this dress was the one for me , nothing was to much trouble for her and she exchange the dress for me and I am now delighted with my dress thanks honour”

“I went into wed2b today and had the most wonderful experience. I went in with my mum, sister, best friend and soon to be mother in law. I had Molly look after me and she was fantastic. She listened to everything I said, was so lovely the first dress she picked out for me ended up being the dress. Molly made my experience so lovely and she engaged with my family talked me through everything. Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! Thank you so much Molly x Lucy xx”

“With my wedding just around the corner and having tried on multiple dresses at several different shops earlier in the day, I had little hope of finding something. Mushy dress brain aside, Lena helped me find the dress of my dreams (Cliche? Yes. Completely true? Also yes.) I'd pictured signing my wedding certificate in a specific silhouette and nothing at the other stores fit it. Lena did the thing where she first got a dress that kinda fit, then the perfect one on dress number 2. It was exactly right. I'm still blown away. Shout out to the whole staff, really. At check out, Maria made me feel incredibly special. I just felt so lucky to have had this experience with these wonderful people. 10/10 coming back for my vow-renewal dress in 20 years!”

“I visited the Liverpool store and was welcomed in by Amber. We talked through wanted I wanted in my wedding dress. Amber was soo patient with me, she really took the time to accommodate. Amber suggested a wild card dress and it turns out that was my perfect dream dress! Amber is very knowledgeable, please do not hesitate in visiting this store. Thank you to Amber and all the girls, you were all extremely helpful and made my wedding dress try on experience soo stress free!”

“My first time trying on wedding dresses and I walked away with the second dress I tried on! The staff at the Liverpool store were fabulous, from a lovely warm welcome on reception to my kind and patient consultant Donna. Despite the one I had seen and liked online not being available, I was given 5-6 similar styles dresses to try (all beautiful!). I did not feel rushed and was impressed by the size and quality of the changing rooms and seating. Good prices and would highly recommend - thank you!”
