There was so much emphasis on the dress may not be here, as ordered elsewhere that I should get it now. The most horrendous thing is that you are not given time to decide this huge price, without the assistant pushing you to buy the dress. Trying to be part of the bridal group too much, I would prefer it if she didn't keep asking questions about the wedding and let me take in the look of the dress......without constant questions

Loved my dress so overall glad I went but hated the fact I got sold a bag and box for my dress which came across as a good will gesture but then realised I was overcharged for them. Horrific! Surely a bag should be included with the dress never mind a box that isn’t needed! Still angers me, I wish I lived more local to get a refund! Feel scammed

I went on a Monday with my mum and the woman showing me dresses was so pushy. Telling me I had to buy within an hour. Totally put me off. I left without the dress that I loved. Went back a week later, saw a different shop assistant and she wasn’t pushy at all. Answered all my questions, was super helpful. I’m really happy with my dress and can’t wait to wear it next year!

I have recently bought my dress from the Bolton store. Really friendly staff especially Amy who was so patient and helpful. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I went to nottingham’s Wed2b shop today, I didn’t have any family or friends with me to help, and i was very nervous about how things would be, however, I was met by Amy who put me instantly at ease, and helped me to find the right selection of dresses within my price range, and then Natalie was the amazing lady who helped me into the dresses, I felt sad being there alone but she helped me choose the right dress and was so kind to me, the entire experience was positive and I cannot thank Natalie enough for being so kind to me, Sonj x

From the moment I walked in to the wrexham store I was made to feel welcome... Nothing was too much trouble for the young ladies and although I didn't fond my dream dress the service was second to none thank you...

My experience was a mixed bag. Having bought both my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress from the Glasgow branch. I felt very much put on the spot when I entered by the manager/ supervisor who asked repeated questions about my time frame, budget and demanded before looking to enter my details on to the computer. At this point I was completely put off and wanted to leave the shop however, my mother suggested I looked. After filling in my details, I was then introduced to ‘stacey’ Who was a breathe of fresh hair. Instantly, I felt her warmth and GENUINE interest in what I wanted and when I was getting married. She was attentive, helpful, kind and easy to talk to. She completely made the experience. If it wasn’t for her I would have never purchased my dress here.

Beautiful dress, polite staff, however to be rushed and told you can only try on 4 dresses made the experience a little stressful. I would suggest if you want a more relaxed, enjoyable experience for such a memorable moment pay a little more and book an appointment elsewhere

I loved the dress I found, and some of the staff were great. Overall I found it a lot more impersonal than my other bridal shopping experiences though, and the majority of the dresses I tried were very unflattering (which was not the case elsewhere). However, my dream dress was perfect in every way, very affordable, and fits like a glove.

My first visit to Web2be was a lovely experience! The staff were lovely and made me feel relaxed! I really liked 2 dresses but couldn’t decide there and then which one I definitely wanted. I was told by a member of staff that if I put a £50 deposit down that would reserve one of the dresses for 2 weeks then if I changed my mind I could switch the reserve to another dress and have a further 2 weeks to decide on whether that dress was the one I wanted to go for. I did that and put a deposit down on one of the two I loved. A couple days later I visited the shop again and after trying on the dress I reserved I wasn’t feeling it and decided that the other one I’d tried on last visit was the one I kept going back to and thinking about. After trying on a few more different styles and still not 100% sure on my decision, a member of staff (maybe a manager with blonde hair?) came up to me and said that I was unable to change my reserve to the other dress and if I wanted it I had to pay for the whole dress there and then. This added a lot of stress and pressure on me and made me feel like I had to rush to make one of the biggest decisions of my wedding. It is a lot of money for me to spend on a dress so wanted to definitely feel like it was the one I wanted to get married in! I felt confused and didn’t want to lose the dress I liked so decided to buy it. Not sure why I couldn’t transfer my deposit and have at least a few days to think about it. Also think it would be nice for you to provide proscesso/snacks for brides family to make the experience more memorable! :-)

My experience at Wed2b was great, Amber was friendly, made me feel at ease and listened to my thoughts and feelings. The dress (Hope, Heidi Hudson) is stunning and I can't wait to wear it. The only thing that has been really upsetting is to see the dress fall in price by £300 within weeks of having bought it. It doesn't look like it's due to a sale, more that the price has simply changed to half the price. I have to admit that when I saw this, I felt sick. My mum and dad paid for the dress and they've saved up for it. I felt so guilty that they'd spent an extra £300 of their hard earned money when, had I been aware that the price would reduce in the near future, I could have waited. In the shop at the time, I was made to feel if I didn't buy the dress now, it may not be available in the future. So I jumped into the decision. It is still available, and from what I can see, in my size...only much cheaper. Weddings are so expensive and I consciously picked Wed2b due to the reasonable prices and the more relaxed atmosphere of not needing to book appointments. I've felt really quite stressed after seeing the price drop and to be honest it's put a dampner on this experience for me. I would really appreciate some communication about this please. Thank you.

Unfortunately I had both lovely and terrible interactions with WED2B. Most staff in store are generally lovely and make you feel like a valued customer, others I personally found awkward as they were very young and just want a sale (I tried a dress on that was clearly 1/2 sizes too small and was told it looked amazing). The phone staff on the other hand were terrible. Zara/Sara in particular was rude and very unhelpful. Another lady put me on hold for 15 minutes when transferring me through to a store. On the third try, I had a lady called Rebecca who was genuine and gave me helpful advice/information that I actually needed. The two dress policy is slightly absurd, especially when there is only one dress left in the country and you can't travel the distance to the shop its located in and therefore need to buy it to transfer to a shop closer. Overall, I would say wed2b offers great value if you know exactly what you want and it is in current style. Otherwise, it can leave you totally underwhelmed and in my experienvr definitely made dress shopping significantly more stressful than it needed to be.
