“Once I found the books on your site (the difficult part) the rest of the process was easy. It did take a month before payment was made into my bank. I found it difficult to find the books I was selling on your site. Otherwise good.”

“smooth, prompt (though would like early advice on problems) . What more is there to say. PS. I live not too far from the Rossendale depot but send my books through your nominated carriers as the depot does not have a system for producing a receipt for items delivered direct.”

“I have a large library of much loved books but needed to downsize. I found the “We buy books” app easy to use and the incentives of, for example, getting 10% more if I was able to make the lot up to £25, helped me keep going. Having the option of box collection or dropping boxes off locally has also worked well for me. I was pleasantly surprised to be paid on at least one occasion when a box had been collected but had not arrived in a reasonable time. Staff are friendly and able to help with any queries. I like knowing that most of these books are going to be bought by someone who really wants or needs them. Scanning books on the app means I handle each one and can easily decide “Do I really want to keep this book?” If no price is offered by WBB I often then simply put it aside for a charity. But sometimes rescan a few days later as things may have changed. Thank you WBB. You have enabled me to sell over 1000 books/cds/dvds painlessly over the last 8 months.”

“Excellent customer service due to an issue with Hermes delivery which was unfortunate but dealt with extremely well. Had to chase up my delivery but once it was realised that a long time had passed I was paid in full and told they would deal with the issue. So although it was a little stressful waiting as soon as I made contact it wasn't long at all before I received a reply and the issue was dealt with.”
