“All very easy. Collection and payment very swift. Only difficulty I had was combining more books to a saved basket and these didn’t add up to £5.00. Wasn’t familiar with the app.”

“Excellent service and I was paid what I was promised. We did use Jiffy bags to ensure the books were protected and we had no issues at all. I had to call the call centre a couple of times because I made a mistake on the app and the calls were answered quickly and the problems resolved quickly. I will Definatley use them again.”

“I had a great experience selling my books. The app was great and easy to use, the price paid was good, the process of printing and finding a drop off point for the parcel was great and the money was with me in less than a week of posting the book. Very good service. I just wish they would have taken more books from me :)”

“Easy access to website and easy to find value of books by submitting IBAN number ( have only sold books ). Clear instructions regarding packaging and label easy to download and print. Good communication from company and payment as promised. You certainly don't make a fortune by selling your books to this site but it's a good way to recycle unwanted books and they are very reliable. Would definitely use this site again.”
