“Great service concept. Main issues were with the courier, who didn’t pick up the books the first time I arranged a collection (and I stayed in all day). Then when they did show for the second collection it took 5 working days to get them to ‘we buy books’ They processed everything very quickly and I got my money same day.”

“The whole process seems a lot slower than previously. My books took 12 days to arrive at the depot and I still have not received my payment. The books were collected on 15 January, it is now 5 February.”

“Sent books and money was in my account the day after they got my books so cant complain on the part of Webuybooks, however the courier was slow getting my books to them it took nearly two weeks thought that's on Hermes and not on WBB.”
