“Great service, some really good offers and incentives to boost your trade in value. Easy to use and multiple dates to arrange your pick up for. Couldn't be easier. Can be quite selective but some good prices for unexpected things.”

“items either arrive damaged or well outside of the delivery period!! this company just can't sell things as described with consistency or have deliveries arrive on time!! when politely raised, staff actually become rude & argumentative!! had to lodge a formal complaint with the book platform i used & then again for a second time when i thought to give them a chance again (second time around they cancelled my order & fraudulent gave the reason that I cancelled it which i most certainly did NOT!) HORRIBLE company to be avoided - especially after further reading of people's experiences when they sell books to them too. doesn't seem like there's many happy customers out there at all when you dig dirt on them... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!”

“Once you find the app to scan the ISBN barcode, the procedure is very quick and simple. Delivery arrangements also very easy. I'm very pleased with the service and will certainly use it again. Would recommend the site to anyone (and have already done so!).”

“I was recommended the service and I found it a good way to get rid of some old university textbooks. I thought it was great that I had the option of having my books collected from home as I struggle to get out of the house/that We Buy Books provided me with the necessary labels. However they were slow to send my cheque to me. Despite this, when I chased it up We Buy books were quick to respond to me and in getting the problem resolved.”

“The straightforward way that books and DVDs are given prices (or not) is a very good and streamlined system (amazing that you have on record every IBSN and barcode !). Also happy about the fact that the postage is paid. All in all an excellent way to sell books and DVD's. (Over the years I have given away a substantial number of books, so I wish I had known about your company long ago)”
