“Had a collection of car repair books that were redundant. Found site, opened account, put in ISBNs and they gave acceptable quotations for 2/3 of them. Quote accepted. Parcel sticker emailed. Receipt of parcel shown on online account. Valuation confirmed shortly after. Cheque that I requested came by post. All over the Christmas period. Very satisfied. Recommended.”

“I have no printer but the lady on the other side of the phone was very nice and said she would print off for me and send them it took 2 day to arrive them sent by Hermes agents got my payment when they arrived will used again x”

“Reasonable prices for books, good communication, acknowledgement and payment sent through very quickly (about a week after package sent). Only problem I had was sending the package and this appears to be related to the courier not having done their part so the code wouldn't scan at the drop off. Went through ok on second try once an email from Hermes was also received. Pleasantly surprised how easy it was”

“This is an excellent service. Scanning the books to get a valuation is easy, sending the books is straightforward using Hermes and when I had problems with Hermes on a previous shipment, I got exec Elle this service from WeBuyBooks to sort out the problem. We’d all like the book prices to be higher of course :-)”

“WeBuyBooks works well other than the courier they use (Hermes) is absolute rubbish! Parcels get collected then disappear into the ether with Hermes tracking just stating “it’s on its way” back to WeBuyBooks. Last two collections, several months apart have had to be settled by WeBuyBooks, then they have followed up with carrier. Good on them......but I’d be changing the carrier.”
