“Excellent website and service! So easy to do, from scanning, to boxing, to sending. To send the parcel, we used the ‘collect’ service for the first time which was very efficient. Previously we have taken it to a local shop to send, which is easy and hassle free.”

“I find WeBuyBooks a very easy process. Sending off is simple particularly as they can be collected from home. Once received the checking of books and payment was very quickly processed. The easiest and best way to sell books.”

“Good paying record, very good Hermes collection service. Poor response to sending you lists of old books which do not have ISBN codes, no replies received to my emails. there should be a better system. Why do you not accepted Book Club books?”

“Have used a number of times. Only had an issue when books weren't received at their end but they paid anyway. This is a hassle free way to sell books and I'd highly recommend.”

“It was so easy to sell my law books !! I have had then sitting there for years not knowing what to do with them. Typed in the code, boxed it up and took it to my nearest pick up point and was paid a few days later. Thank you for making it so easy!”

“The company are good but their choice of collection and delivery agent (Hermes) is their business weakness. I waited in for a collection for 6 days and in the end had to physically take the boxes to an agent. Not acceptable. Webuyanybooks were unwilling (although able) to chase Hermes when I contacted the (on the numerous occasions that hermes collections failed).”
