“What a fantastic way to sell books. The procedure for listing each book could hardly be easier and is followed by an instant quotation (or rejection), so that you know to which of the piles on the floor it should be allocated. Signing in is simple enough then once done packaging instructions are clear. The heavy boxes were even collected from my door. A few days later a cheque dropped through the letterbox. That simple. Wonderful. Thank you. Will do it again.”

“The collection have a lot problem for three days I try to contact with company”

“Only accept a very small percentage of books scanned so it really won't help you declutter. Made less than £10 after scanning 100s of books, CDs and DVDs. Obviously very time consuming and not worth the effort. Will be sending the 95% not accepted to a charity shop once they start accepting goods again.”

There are a number of factors that affect what we buy, it is mainly due to the demand in the marketplace at the time of selling and the number of copies we already hold. Due to this, what we buy can change on a daily basis, if you are not in a hurry to sell your items, it may be worth checking if we are looking to buy them at a later date. “Everything was dealt with promptly, I received regular updates of progress and my cheque arrived as promised. I want to point out, however, that to a technophobe like myself, it would make far more sense to place the Voucher button above the Sell my Books button. Having pressed the latter, there was no going back and I had to ring the following day to ask for my extra percentage to be added. This was done without question and I received the full amount. However, that was a frustrating hiccup in an otherwise smooth process.”
