“Very disappointed this time. Mix up with collection/drop-off. Changed the method twice due to printer issues but the courier didn't seem to receive any notifications regarding the changes. Still haven't received the payment even though this trade was completed 14th Aug. Have queried but had no response to date. A shame because my first trade was brilliant.”

“Not impressed with your choice of courier (Hermes) who found it difficult to deal with 3 boxes of books at once. Disappointed not to get replies from my 3 messages that I sent to your company. Money paid promptly when the books FINALLY arrived with you.”

“Excellent service by WeBuyBooks but Hermes pick up was awful. Many failed appointments and a rude and impatient driver when he eventually came That’s why I scored 4 instead of 5”

“I have used Webuybooks once so far. But it won't be the last time. It was so easy. I didn't get much for some of the books but others, I was offered a fair price. The best thing was the prompt courier collection at my door. And the money was paid into my bank with no quibble. Now I'm eyeing my bookshelves to see which will be the next ones to go.”

“Thanks to webuybooks I have been able to send a considerable number of books which I no longer need or use to a place where they will find new homes, while earning myself a little cash with which to buy more books.
