“Easy to use. Didn’t receive payment as stated but when this was queried the team quickly and efficiently sorted it out. Very friendly. Convenient way to get rid of old books as they collect so no need to go anywhere. Used the app and this was great. Recommend!”

“Do not use this company. Donate to charity instead. They offer you next to nothing for books then are extremely picky about the condition and you have to pay for each book or DVD to be sent back. The profits they must make! Not worth the effort. Give to a good cause instead.”

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with your selling experience, we offer prices based on the demand in the marketplace, unfortunately we cannot pay for items if they don't pass the condition guidelines as we buy them to find a second home and we pay the postage costs to receive them in agreement that they will pass the guidelines, we therefore don't also cover the return postage costs. “The books were slightly damaged so they refused to pay me anything for them. I wanted to return the books but I had to pay the delivery which was extremely expensive”

Hello, Thank you for leaving a review. Unfortunately we cannot buy the books if they don't pass our condition guidelines, as we buy them to find a second home for them. We pay the postage costs to receive the items under the agreement that they will be in a good condition, we therefore cannot also pay the return postage costs. Kind Regards WeBuyBooks

“Great process of selling books. First time I used webuybooks and the whole process was simple, quick and easy. Pack your books up, print the return label and the rest is sorted out by the company. Also got a fair price for old book. Will definitely be using you guys again.”

“I have sold around 200 books now - mainly sewing and crafts. The service is very simple to use and the prices seem reasonable. I recommend the service to anyone with decent quality books to sell who wants a hassle free method.”

“As a seller, they are probably ok if customers can physically pick the books up. The books I ordered never arrived and Webuybooks took no interest at all in investigating, saying it wasn't their policy. Reading other reviews, you may get a good service with these people sometimes, but you're taking a significant risk. I recommend going elsewhere.”

“The Webuybooks service is very helpful - I recently sold eight hardback books which deserved another reader and the whole process went very smoothly. I received a fair price and in some cases more than I expected. And I especially appreciated having the books collected by a free courier service - hardback books are very heavy! I’ll be using Webuybooks again - thank you.”
