“Quick and easy! Received payment the day after I received confirmation. It’s a shame a lot of my books weren’t needed at the time but I suppose they were pretty old.”

“Easy to use service but couldn't find a way to check the collection date without having to rearrange it. Have had several notes from courier saying they are going to pick my books up when this has already been done and money received. So better communication from courier and website would be good.”

“I had an odd experience: one of my two consignments was rejected because of a "strong smell of smoke". True, three items out of 12 had been kept in a study where cigarettes are smoked, but being on bookshelves that would only have affected the spines. Yet apparently it affected the entire consignment. I paid £5 to get the box back and couldn't smell anything except the smell of old books. Also, they don't accept many fiction books, so it takes a while to get an offer for not very much. On the positive side, their staff were quick and helpful, and I got my books back within 24 hours (and promptly sold them on another site).”

“Excellent easy service to use. Webuybooks service was "superb" and your customer services followed up the "Late Delivery" which was due to a Hermes missed collection. Hermes did not pick up the Webuybooks parcel but as I was going to a local parcel point to send my own parcel I took it myself. Very disappointed at present with the local Hermes deliveries as Hermes appear to have changed their fleet of couriers - this is a shame as we used to have two regular couriers who got to know their customers and were very reliable. Webuybooks issued payment very promptly and I have recommended the service to friends - but take the parcel to a parcel point.”

“This site is easy to use; you know immediately whether your book will be bought and how much for, by typing in the ISBN number. Once packed, the books are collected or you take them to a collection point and the money is in the bank a few days later.”

“I found this app by chance. So easy to use even better can choose how to receive payment for the books Had to contact customer service to ask for pre payment label, staff were always polite and helpful. Definitely will use them again,. Top Marks for making it easy to use and see the price of each item”
