“Simple straight forward process, scan the bar code and upload. Price comes through instantly. Pick up arranged and collected and payment received! So easy to do! Really recommend and will be using again. Thank you - 5 stars and more!”

“A very good service and easy to use. There was a delay in my books arriving which required my telephoning to voice my concerns. I was told that the amount offered to me would be in my account by the next day and it was. Very efficient.”

“I never received any confirmation that they had received my items or that they had been processed. I only knew that the transaction was complete as the money appeared in my account. Other than this issue the transaction was quick and efficient”

“Great service concept. Main issues were with the courier, who didn’t pick up the books the first time I arranged a collection (and I stayed in all day). Then when they did show for the second collection it took 5 working days to get them to ‘we buy books’ They processed everything very quickly and I got my money same day.”

“The whole process seems a lot slower than previously. My books took 12 days to arrive at the depot and I still have not received my payment. The books were collected on 15 January, it is now 5 February.”
