“Pretty good service but most books I had to sell weren’t wanted even though some quite new. Couldn’t use the voucher and received less for one book than was promised”

“We buy books is ok - but the website Ziffit is easier to use. I would use we buy books more if it was easier. when scanning from my work computer ziffit allows us to scan again without having to clock the X on the 'sorry we cant take this'”

“Easy to use app for scanning books which saves a lot of time. Quick payment received for the books sent. Frequently offer an additional percentage on the deal. Have used a few times now and would recommend.”

“Fairly easy process using the App, but there were a lot of books which Webuybooks weren't interested in. Payment was fast and hassle free. I would use them again.”

“WBB has provided excellent service the only difficulty being that twice Hermes has failed to collect the box. This is not WBB's fault except that that is the firm of their choice.”
