“Extremely quick admin and payment - cannot be faulted, absolutely excellent. Only minus is that they mostly give quite low prices for the books, even if they are in 'like new' condition - which is a huge shame. Have used them several times in the past and most probably will use them again and again. Reliable company, in my experience and helpful staff when I needed to contact them by phone.”

“Good customer service. I had an issue with Hermes not turning up to collect the parcels but Webuybooks quickly sorted out the situation and rearranged another pick up which all turned out fine.”

“First time I had done this. Better prices than others... Finding right box most hassle... I wrapped my contents in bundles using bubble wrap to protect them. Wish we could use plastic envelopes with bubble wrap or something....but paid promptly. Happy with service”
