“The whole process of sending books to you and having them checked over was very quick. However the website doesn't say how long it takes for a cheque to arrive.”

“I Prefer To Sell To Webuybooks Because They Are Reliable And Trustworthy, They Are Also Fast In Receiving, Checking And Paying Out On Your Items. If You Need To Phone Them (Once In A Blue Moon) They Are Helpful, Friendly And Polite. They Also Mostly Offer The Best Prices For Your Items. They Are Head And Shoulders Above Other Prominent Companies (Who Shall Remain Nameless) Who Offer The Same Service.”

“Once you know how the system works it is brilliant - efficient and fast. Prepare yourself with packing boxes of the right size (and packing materials like strong brown tape and bubble wrap), figure out how many you will need before booking your collection by Evri, wrap securely and await your collection. The whole process can be completed within a week.”

“Efficient service but tend to reject books that are not 'as new' for the slightest reason. WBB were unable to make a payment that I had not received as several months had passed since courier collected them, notwithstanding I provided details of receipt. The non payment only came to light whilst back checking payments.”

“We Buy Books - They don't accept every CD, DVD they seem to tend towards liking the slightly more obscure ones, but they do offer a better price for them than other sites. Once the items arrived with them they processed it same day. I opted for a cheque so it did take longer for the money to arrive. I will do BACS next time.”
